Abstract: This paper presents sizing software for the design of a solar farm system. The sizing software provides few guidelines to the designer for the planning procedure before the final of optimum array configuration is decided. Some specifications that the designer may consider are the type of PV module, the type of inverter, the available space for installation, the required energy per year and also the sum of money to be allocated for the instalment. The output result of this software will be the suggestion of possible configuration of the total number of modules in series per string with the total number of strings in parallel. This software also does the prediction of the system performances such as final yield, specific yield and performance ratio. The expected income is provided by the software is based on the Feed-in Tariff rates and the energy generated by the system.

Abstract: LEADME (Laminate Analysis and Design Made Easy), an educational software useful for the analysis and design of laminated composite structure has been developed. The software encompasses both the micro and macro mechanics analysis of lamina and laminate. The highlight of this software is that, apart from usual laminate analysis, the software is capable to solve practical laminate applications such as analysis of beams and also a design module is included. The software has been developed using MATLAB-Graphical User Interface (GUI) which makes it very user friendly. The results obtained from this software have been validated. It is expected that this software will serve as an educational tool complementing textbooks for students to gain better understanding of composite structural analysis.

It is necessary to control efficiently the machining tool status based on planned replacements and regular surface analysis. Abstract: The virtually multiple mouse wheels is a new input device; however, as it has not yet been supported by application software, the left scroll and right scroll can only operate a few software functions. In this study, computer software is combined with a virtually multiple mouse wheel to intercept left and right scroll signals in the background, which are converted into the start signal of software and sent to the application software in order that software functions can be operated. The left scroll and right scroll operate the preset function, and the user software interface implemented in this study enables the user to set the function to be operated, thus, meeting different users' requirements. In addition, the software interface can detect the software of the mouse cursor, and the mouse wheel function is automatically adjusted according to the software. This mouse wheel not only senses the different scroll positions of the finger, it also automatically distinguishes different software environments, which provides diversified software function responses, thus, it is called the intelligent mouse wheel.

Abstract: The paper presents the development of a scientific cloud computing community for polymeric and composites products that offers high performance computation capability. The scientific research community will use the cloud to resolve complex issues. This community will include data storage, a polymeric materials encyclopaedia, softwares for simulation, design, so will determine a functional independence. Cloud computing will increase the productivity and innovation in all polymeric and composites field. The software platform consists of several virtual machines running a Unix (or derivatives as Linux or *BSD’s) operating systems using specialised software, Open Source software for materials and process modeling, a scientific package for polymeric material simulations.

Abstract: The magneto-rheological (MR) vibration reduction control technology is studied and a design and implementation of an automobile MR vibration reduction control system based on ARM9 is given in this paper. This paper introduces the system design process of embedded controller, current driver and other hardware, system software structure. Design of real time control system can realize the multi-channel vibration signal acquisition, control algorithm, CAN communications and other functions. The simulation and experiment show that, the control system software and hardware design can meet the functional requirements and have the advantages of fast response, high control precision and working stability.

Abstract: Based on the analyzing of digital textile picture, pattern, and feature, Digital textile computer simulation is proposed in this paper. A series of softwares are used to make the digital patterns. and some examples are showed done by software. They are created by experiments of classic patterns and parameters or combination of several softwares.The results shows that the methods of making digital textile pattern are useful and available.

Abstract: The paper mainly introduced the working process of automatic feeding system for quartz crystal laser marking, elaborated the human-computer interaction and control software design and implementation. System used double CPU system to control the mechanical parts movement and to send the laser marking control signal, and to conduct the man-machine dialogue. At first, the system realized the main function such as structured programming, reasonable allocation of system resources, and the software anti-interference design. Eventually system realized the automatic feeding and laser marking of quartz crystal, and was favorable to the effective management of the equipment operation personnel, and to meet the requirements of the user.
