Abstract: Software developers have shown a lot of interest in using agile approaches and methods to manage projects. The Agile Manifesto in 2001 provided a good basis to use this as it formulated its 4 values and 12 principles. Adaptability was a common feature in the Agile Manifesto to make agility happen and there appears a need to combine dynamism to ensure agility takes a more concrete and effective role. Whilst the term adaptability is discussed more often than dynamism by most researchers, the clarity in its meaning needs improvement as the terms are used interchangeably. This paper proposes a useful clarity on its differences and how it should be used. In addition, this approach would also facilitate the current research interest in mixing and combining software development methodologies to create hybrid versions as pure methods (traditional and agile) have not worked well in most software projects.

Abstract: This paper studies the E-Learning theory and technology research to analyze the E-Learning platform mode of learning, presentation design key technology E-Learning platform, and platform architecture and functional analysis, key technologies, system architecture, network topology and functional architecture of the system. Through this project research and development, and ultimately lead-in development framework and run online learning platform, while the cognitive effects of learning learners were evaluated.

Abstract: With the development of information society, the size and number of computer software increases sharply. This demands the quality of software higher and higher. Thus does software engineering management come into being, and is enriched, developed and perfected in engineering practice continually. In this paper, the author analyses the new theory's research background, meaning, and the applicant region. This paper sums up the experience of software engineering implementation in project developing, and points out the problems of software in software explore. From the character and existing problem in software, the author compares the usability of a lot of soft engineer process models in developing organization, points out the importance of the implantation in these organizations. In the end, this paper also gives its suggestions on implant principle, organization development, system building, staff training, and environment construction.

Abstract: According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.

Abstract: With the popularization of computer, the design of planetary gear trains is headed in the automatic direction. Based on the theoretical research of closed differential planetary gear transmission mechanism, a kind of software was developed to automatically calculate the tooth number with computer technology applied to the design of gear trains. Some research and analysis were done to the transmission mode of closed differential planetary gear transmission mechanism with the help of universal design method on gear trains. Five constraint conditions were summarized, which are gear ratio condition, adjacency condition, assembly condition, concentricity condition, and other conditions, and a optimum condition. With windows 7 as the platform, MyEclipse 8.5 as a tool, translating these conditional formulae into Java language, the software of the selection of tooth number for closed differential planetary gear transmission mechanism was developed. Multi-group datum of tooth number and also a set of optimal data can be obtained after running the software, which reduces the workload of manual calculation.

Abstract: Molded Interconnect Devices can be considered as attractive option for the integration of electronic functions into mechanical systems. While development methods and procedures reached high standards, CAD tools still drag behind. This paper focusses the necessary software structure for implementing of automated routing algorithms or other MID specific extensions into CAD tools. An innovative three-layer model will be introduced and explained in detail. This paper also describes a method for mapping electrical components on unfolded surfaces for the further implementation of the automated routing algorithms.

Abstract: Based on the current development of corneal endothelial cells in the domestic, this paper developed corneal endothelial cell analyzer software system which taken Microsoft Visual Studio as development platform in Windows7 system and combined with MATLAB image processing technology and the Access database information management technology. The software relies on a database established patient archiving and query system, by VC + + statically call the dynamic link library that MATLAB Compiler generated to complete image processing, by partial equilibrium approach for image enhancement, by dynamic difference method for determination threshold when binaries. The software provides good interactive interface and graphics display surface, but also sets aside network port as follow-platform extension.

Abstract: Researched the virtual-actual integrated technology based on the computer simulation test, 3-D NC test platform was mentioned using ′PC+Motion controller′as the core. In the VC++6.0 environment, the MFC series and the GT motion controller dynamic link library was used to realize multi axis linkage control function and 3-D NC control system software was developed. The “” vector control strategy and the SimPowerSystem module library was used to establish the system simulation of PMSM vector control model, Matlab software and InTouch software were used to realize the virtual simulation and associated debugging for control system and mechanical transmission system, the feasibility of numerical control testing platform was verified .

Abstract: The paper discusses the current application status of enterprise human resource management information system (EHRMIS), and presents the design objective and function structure of the EHRMIS. A practical solution is designed for the implementation of system function based on modularization. The successful implementation of this human resource management system realizes the seamless coalescence with OA system, effectively integrates company's resource, and improves informatization of company's human resource management. In addition, it also facilitates the company to attract and retain talent, and make the training of staff and performance assessment more convenient.

Abstract: In auto safety components crash test, noise and interference signals is inevitable in the collected physical data, which will seriously affect the accuracy of the data. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages are compared between IIR filters and FIR filters, a Butterworth filter is designed using the impulse response invariant method, and a filtering software is developed to meet the need of data processing for different measurement projects. The results showed that: according to different test data, the filter can achieve CFC filtering of different frequency levels, exclude interference data, preserve useful information, which ensures data accuracy and reliability, provides a convenient for the following data processing.
