Abstract: In this paper, the effect of sprayed coating on the surface of carbon steel on friction and abrasion properties of oil seals which are rubbed by various anti-wear coating materials on is investigated experimentally, and compared with the uncoated AISI 52100 bearing steel. We used the block vs ring tester to explore the friction coefficient of hard surface friction of 5 commonly used rubber seal to 4 different coating layers of bearing steel under oil/no oil conditions. Four coating materials are used, which are Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy, Ni-Cr-WC alloy, ceramics, and ceramics. Five varieties of the oil seal material named HNBR, NBR, FKM, ACM, and SIL are subjected to wear tests for the measurements of friction and abrasion. The experimental results show that HNBR has better wear resistance and less friction, ceramics have higher friction and wear resistance than other coatings due to higher hardness. In terms of oil seal and sprayed coating, Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy and ceramic powder are more suitable for surface wear resistance, because of its hardness and wear resistance and the degree of damage to the oil seal are more excellent. Generally, the greater the wear resistance of the oil seal material, the greater its friction with the coating.

Abstract: The objects of the study were powders of stainless steel and superalloy obtained gas-dynamic spray in the VIGA 2B (ALD, Germany). It have been investigated the microstructure, structural and phase composition, grain size, physical, chemical and technological properties of powders of alloys obtained by gas-dynamic spray melts.To study the structure and properties of powders of different factions were the used electron microscopy techniques, metallographic, sedimentation, X-ray, energy dispersive analysis, imaging, chemical, and other analytical methods. The powders have a spherical shape, low impurity content, good fluidity and can be used for producing parts by selective laser sintering, slip casting, injection molding, coating plasma and the sintering.

Abstract: We propose the technique of guaranteed quality wear resistant plasma coatings of high-chromium powder material. The appropriate system of engineering models had to be designed in order to obtain the summarized results, as well as to manage the parameters of quality indicators at all stages of the technological processing procedure. Thus, surface roughness was accepted as a criterion in the model development at the stage of preliminary mechanical processing before spraying coatings. The model of plasma coating process proper takes into account the influence of spraying on the main quality indicators, such as adhesive strength, porosity, and the level of residual stresses. The engineering model of finish abrasive grinding is based on ensuring the desired value of the surface roughness parameter provided the geometric and dimensional accuracy of details was achieved.

Abstract: An automatic spraying system of dust suppressant is proposed in this paper for active control of uneven spraying, secondary pollution in the process of pipe cleaning and inconvenient system maintenance at present. The multilayer structure hardware system including monitoring management, control layer and field directors is designed. These deficiencies are improved by the way of adopting speed adaptive PID control algorithm, the integrated design of spraying mechanism and automatic cleaning technology. The key technology and algorithm are validated experimentally. The results show that the dust suppression proposed can be saved from 20% to 30% compared with traditional spraying system. The environmental pollution and economic losses to the enterprise will also be reduced effectively.

Abstract: Bases on accurate spraying of the trellis crop, the expert decision-making technology was used to provide the decision support. The intelligent decision support system was combined with accurate spraying technology of pesticides. According to the differences of relevant factor of accurate spraying, the expert decision-making system of job parameters of trellis spraying machine was researched and set up. And systematic target, system expansion and system architecture were analyzed. Through C4.5 algorithm, the expert decision-making system was to decide if the trellis crop was sprayed under different climatic conditions, and the decision tree of spraying was constructed. It provided intelligent decision support to accurate spraying.

Abstract: Basis on a series of investigation and study, the rotation speed of helmet, the moving speed of spraying gun and spraying angle are of greater impact on the final spraying qualities than others. The spraying process of helmet is simulated with UG NX. After analysis for the spraying trajectories, the optimal speed of the helmet rotation and spraying gun movement are obtained. There are several coating thickness deposition model with a wide range of applications, such as the Gaussian model, finite range model, and β distribution model. Using MATLAB to test the path of the spraying, according to the simulation and adjusting the speed of helmet's rotation and gun's movement, the desired spraying result has achieved. In addition, users can know the approximate results before spraying.

Abstract: Using CFD to simulate the flow field of impinging jet mixer in polyurea spraying gun,discussing the process of the spraying and jointing of the mixer after studying the profile of velocity and pressure.Spraying and jointing are available for the nozzle by changing the inlet pressure, the export velocity is slow under low pressure, so the outburst changes into a stream of flow and the jointing function is realized;while the export velocity is fast when the pressure is high,so the flow spray out to realize the spraying function.The distribution of the pressure and velocity within the mixer is extremely uneven,this is helpful for part A and part B mixing in the mixer.
