Abstract: Mechanical and chemical hazards are the main hazards to children's toys. The current situation of quality hazards and damage mechanism of children's toys was analyzed and the current standards at home and abroad were introduced. The domestic and foreign recall notification, standard comparison and national supervision were deeply discussed. Researching toys’ potential hazards risk, improving the risk assessment research, standardizing production and marking behavior, and strengthening t consumer education were suggested.

Abstract: With the rapid development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly power sources, such as solar photovoltaic and biomass power, the demand of distributed generation (DG) systems connected to the low-voltage distribution network is increasing. Distributed generation systems connected to the low-voltage distribution network will impact power quality, security and stability operation of power grid. So power companies should strengthen the supervision of DG. Based on the research of domestic and foreign DG monitoring standards, this paper sorts out the DG relevant provisions in existing distribution automation standards, and proposes some modified suggestions in the existing distribution automation standards to cope with DG connected to the distribution network.

Abstract: This paper introduces the importance of LED roadway lighting control. The existing problems of LED roadway lighting control are shown, and the issues in outdoor lighting standard is described as well. As a result, a new and authority outdoor lighting control standard named TALQ was established. Comparing with the other solutions, the solution of TALQ standard is more flexible and easier to solve the existing problems in current outdoor lighting control. The advantages of LED roadway lighting control based on TALQ protocol are shown in an application case.

Abstract: The production capacity of Nuclear Island Mechanical Components (NIMC) falls far behind of massive demand of nuclear power increasement. To achieve the goal of nuclear power development in China, the localization progress of key NIMC needs to be speeded up. Taking material of NIMC (not including nuclear fuel and related material) for example, through the analysis and discussion of the standard or norm, status quo of supply and research, production capacity and existing problems of material of NIMC in China, the major obstacles and factors restricting development of nuclear power plant are found out, and the countermeasures and suggestions are also introduced to accelerate the localization progress of key NIMC in this paper.

Abstract: The development of standard simple of tin bronze for casting is presented,design of composition, selection melting temperature 1150 °C, put into 0.2m3/kg argon gas, stirring with 100rpm for 1min, keeping temperature for 30min as the optimum process conditions, coarse and fine tests of homogeneity with data analyses, determination of standard values and standard deviation. The homogeneity and standard values of samples meet the national standard GB/T15000 and YS/T409-1998. The standard sample series has ratification as National Reference Materials (GSB 04-2707-2011) by National Technical Commission on Reference Materials.

Abstract: Nowadays, in the modern manufacturing factories and in the companies engaged in the robotic cells manufacture it is necessary to optimize the production time, diagnostics and commissioning of the control system. The control system should meet with several criteria for the functionality and transparency. These criteria can be achieved by introducing the program control standardization. Well designed and tested control algorithms can reduce the time needed for the preparation and commissioning of the robotic cell. Ultimately, costs reduction for the preparation of such robotic cell, transparency and rapid response for errors diagnostics in the control system will be achieved.
