Abstract: In analyzing the factors of traffic accident, the most important reasons are the influence of people, vehicles, roads, and the environment for traffic accident. Learning how to handle traffic accident normatively and identify the traffic accident correctly, is the important lesson need to be solved urgently. however, the current safety performance technical expertise work for accidental vehicles lack of according with relevant laws and regulations, scientific, adaptable, and workable identification norms. To solve this problem stated previously, this paper studies the technical identification standard of accident vehicles, which mainly introduces the effect, basis, selection of identification items of accidental vehicles safety performance technical identification, the content and demand of the identification process.

Abstract: In today’s globalized world, knowledge management (KM) has become an essential tool for achieving economic growth, corporate development and competitiveness. Knowledge management must also involve a balance between good practices and productive processes. Therefore, acquisition of knowledge (generation of ideas and opportunities), as well as its implementation in processes, where it can be put into practice, is of great importance. The objective of this paper is to propose action lines to solve the problems inherent in collaborative knowledge management related technological barrier from the perspective of Project Management. Among the results highlights the application of ISO 21500:2012 international standard on good practices in Project Management, which helps establish a framework for Project Managers that helps them manage key aspects such as deadlines, cost and deliverables, achieving stakeholders’ satisfaction, which are related to appropriate management of collaborative networks.

Abstract: In the Green Building assessment system, vertical planting technology and criterion problems are neglected. This paper compared with the existing standards, and summarized the key technology in the actual project, pointing out that projects should be classified, both in different structure conditions and the use of various materials. Maintenance management scores of vertical planting in Green Building evaluation should be strengthened. This method exceeds traditional standard, and focus more on technology and the management of vertical planting in Green Building.

Abstract: As many high-piled wharves are in an earthquake zone in home and abroad, so it is vitally important to conduct seismic design to ensure them with a certain seismic capacity. Studies showed that the wharves with straight piles have better seismic performance than wharves with oblique pile. According to the standards in China and Japan, this paper will compare the indicators of seismic performance, including the calculation length of piles, seismic inertial force, bearing capacity etc. The difference between Chinese code and Japanese code will be confirmed through comparison. The comparative results show that the differences mainly in the embedded solid position and the horizontal force etc. Additionally, according to the comparison of different depth of high-piled wharf, there is an increasing trend of the indicators with increasing depth of water.

Abstract: White light measurement is increasingly applied in automotive sheet metal parts measurement nowadays. Although white light measurement has substantially improved the measuring efficiency, this method has a low precision and poor reproducibility at present stage. This paper firstly analyses the process of white light measurement, then uses DMAIC Method to establish a unified measuring standard for white light measurement, in order to improve the precision and reproducibility of this method and promote the equipment utilization.

Abstract: The China construction industry accounts for about 30% of total energy consumption, a high proportion of the energy consumed, which causes a large amount of emissions of greenhouse gas. This paper takes a look at the China national standard GB50189-2005, Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings, the ASHRAE90.1 of US and the part L of UK, and then compares the similarities and differences between the three design standards. At the end, relevant suggestion to tackle these weaknesses for long-term energy efficiency development in public buildings are proposed in this paper.

Abstract: In recent years, with many cities limiting motorcycle-related regulations in China, Electric bicycles due to the inexpensive, easy to maneuver, energy saving and environmental protection, are used by people of all ages. Now, electric bicycles have become one of the main means of transport, back of electric bicycles as "child seat" to carry child travel commonplace, traffic accidents are also frequent. Through the widespread use of electric bicycle child seat from the safety and comfort of both analysis concluded: these structures a variety of seat provides safety and security for their children is very limited. Next child safety seat structure, strength, and to do in-depth research, quality standards and quality control methods.

Abstract: This paper contains such contents as follows based on the research of the system: analyzing the problems and defections existed in the system, enhancing the transfer mode to be a standard way, and improving the efficiency of data query and transfer. Take advantages of the superiority of this system and innovates on the technology, we have completed a business software based on J2ME platform [1-.In the research and develop process we designed client-side functions and structural model combined with some functions used on the mobile phones, accordingly, the system technology has been practiced to some extents. And we optimize the software interface by a third party plug-in board called the polish [7-, this work must will provide far-reaching significance for later work on this technology.

Abstract: In order to improve efficiency of equipment use and maintenance guarantee and develop excellent IETM system, internal and overseas development states and key technologies of IETM were researched in this paper. Certain equipment IETM system was developed using for reference international advanced standard and demand of equipment use and maintenance guarantee.
