Abstract: Because of the instability of steam and tough requirement of HTHP equipments in steam flooding laboratory simulation, it is rather difficult to obtain representative Steam/Oil relative permeability curves with high precision. In addition, although the effect of temperature on Water/Oil relative permeability curves has been studied a lot both at home and aboard, there are still some controversy perspectives, and research on temperature effect on Steam/Oil relative permeability is rare. As to the above issue, an improved steam flooding experimental method is launched to obtain accurate base data, and then simplified JBN method is applied for data processing. The Result revealed that the improved experimental methods and simplified JBN formulas can obtain representative Steam/Oil relative permeability with high precision, and temperature affects steam/oil relative permeability in various aspects, as temperature increased, oil relative permeability and irreducible water saturation increased while steam relative permeability and residual oil saturation decreased.

Abstract: Development of the reservoir in A block of Liaohe Oilfield present compound rhythmreservoirs, high permeability layer among the reservoir, according to the realsituation that high permeability layer exist, for the efficient utilization of producingremaining oil by horizontal well, that need to optimize locations, trajectory, lengthof horizontal well. A fine geological model which reflects the characteristicsof the reservoir in studied area was constructed with Petrel and CMG software. Optimizelocations, trajectory, length of horizontal well and vapor injection parametersupon the history matching. The research result shows that steam override, afterreaching high permeability layer, the steam makes fast breakthrough in highpermeability layer, keeping on upward heating the reservoirs with large contactarea. Finally the reservoirs can be uniformly swept in the vertical direction. Thenumerical simulation accurately predicts the optimized horizontal well can effectiveexpoit the residual oil.

Abstract: Jin 45 block of Liaohe oil field work with inverted nine-spot which has a low production-injection ratio of 3:1, but now it has a phenomenon of energy spillover. On the basis of that, design a small "back" glyph injection-production well pattern, this pattern has a higher production-injection ratio of 9:1. Petrel software makes geologic model, through the CMG numerical simulation software for steam huff and puff history matching, on the small back glyph pattern injection-production parameters optimization makes the 7.5 years of steam drive prediction. The results of the study show that: the little back glyph pattern in variable speed gas injection has the advantage of the high gas oil ratio and low production speed , more suitable for heavy oil steam drive development. It provides theoretical support for the steam drive of Jin 45 block of Liaohe oil field's expanding.

Abstract: The steam flooding pilot test in Jin 45 block has steam flooding 4 years since June 2008 turned the drive.But now,it still don't understand the production dynamic,the degree of use of the reservoir,the effect of development of this pilot and the situation of temperature field,pressure field and saturation distribution field .Now petrel and CMG software are applied for the tracking simulation,on the basis of optimization of injection-production parameters,put forward effective adjustment scheme for the forecast of steam flooding .The results show that:at present,test is in displacing stage,after two adjusted in 2010 and 2011,the daily fluid and daily oil increased,moisture content decreased .The using of the layer of I35 is obvious. The using of the1,2 small layers of I group is high,the 4 small layer is low,the using of plane is great different.The pilot test of steam flooding in Jin 45 block has achieved good development effect,it offers an important basis for determining to replace mining mode of the later stage of cyclic steam stimulation of reservoir.

Abstract: Jin 45 heavy oil block in Liao he oil field has entered the late steam huff and puff period,Flooded serious,Average single well daily oil producing is 0.74t/d, Water recovery rate reaches as high as 260%, It is extremely urgent to convert to Steam flooding development mode ,but without corresponding theoretical basis in heavy water flooded area. Take two test well groups with scale out two well spacing as object of study, Use Petrel software for accurate geologic modeling, Bring into steam huff and puff history matching through CMG software, and then make a steam flooding feasibility prediction in heavy water flooded area. During the prediction, the huge edge water and bottom water body was set up around the model. The result of numerical simulation manifested that Water invasion rule give priority to bottom water coning, Edge water invasion is not large, Outside casing wall channeling formed water flooded in severe cases; Reservoir has been formed basically thermal union;Reservoir remaining oil saturation is 44.96%,Formation pressure is 2.91 MPaContinuous steam injection make the formation pressure increases, inhibit water cut increasing rate and water cut increasing rate, The serious water invasion problem could be effectively relieved; In the five years forecast after steam flooding, the cumulative recovery degree is 7.74%, the development effect is improved. It proved that Liao he oil field Jin 45 heavy oil heavy water flooded area turn steam flooding development is feasible. The study provides a theoretical basis for heavy flooded area of heavy oil reservoirs to turn to steam flooding development.

Abstract: In traditional views, oilfield is abandoned after water flooding and chemical flooding. But the recovery is only 50%~60%,that is to say, more than 40% of the resource is still left underground. Therefore, how to utilize this part of resource economically and effectively is a key problem to be tackled. Based on the lab experiments and theoretical researches on viscosity-temperature relationship, displacement and relative permeability under high temperature, the mechanism of enhancing oil recovery through steam flooding in super-high water cut stage of water injection oilfield was analyzed. The experimental results showed that steam flooding in 200°C after polymer flooding could increase oil displacement efficiency by 14.5%. Water flooding and polymer flooding had been implemented in Sabei development area of Daqing Oilfield since it was brought into development in 1963. The recovery had reached above 70% and the water cut had exceeded 98%. There was no economic benefit to develop continually, the oilfield faced abandonment. Steam flooding test was carried out to enhance oil recovery on this basis. According to the geological characteristics and development status, special technical measures were taken based on the lab experiments and numerical simulation including high-pressure steam injection to improve heat utilization, forced fluid withdrawal to increase production rate, insulated tubing and nitrogen insulation to keep the bottom hole steam dry, and tracking analysis to adjust injection-production parameters duly. The ultimate recovery reached 81.6% which increased 10.7% on the original basis, the field test was successful technically. Steam flooding is characterized with quick effect, high production rate and high producing degree of residual oil. This successful technology provides a direction for secondary development after polymer flooding in water flooding oilfield.

Abstract: The study on distribution laws of remaining oil in high water cut stage is the difficulty of oil field development in the mid-to late period. Aiming at the long development time of Western Bei 2 area of Saertu oilfield in Daqing Oilfield and its complicated well history conditions undergone water flooding, polymer flooding and steam flooding, the 3D geological static model has been established in this test area based on the study on its structure characteristics and sedimentary features. By applying the method of fine reservoir numerical simulation, the paper completes the numerical simulation of remaining oil in the test area and summarizes types of remaining oil as well as their distribution laws in the test area, which provides a reliable basis for the further deployment and adjustment measures in the oilfield.

Abstract: Steam flooding is an important method to improve the recovery factor heavy oil. Produce energy would consume a certain amount of crude oil in steam flooding; as a result, the evaluation of development effect of steam flooding should consider not only the degree of reserve recovery but also the heat utilization. In this paper, through the analysis of the mechanism of steam flooding, using reservoir engineering and numerical simulation methods, research the deposition, strata dip, steam injection rate, steam quality, production injection ratio and well completion method on the impact of steam flooding development effect in heavy oil.

Abstract: Based on the issue of enhancing oil recovery of heavy oil reservoir after steam injection, this paper studied the development characteristics of hot water flooding in different rhythm (positive rhythm, anti-rhythm, complex rhythm) reservoir after steam drive by means of physical simulation. The research shows that the positive rhythm reservoir has a large swept volume with steam flooding under the influence of steam overlay and steam channeling. Anti-rhythm reservoir has a large swept volume with hot water flooding, because hot water firstly flows along the high permeability region in upper part of the reservoir, in the process of displacement, hot water migrates to the bottom of reservoir successively for its higher density.

Abstract: —Temperature and pressure fields distribution during steam flooding through horizontal wells is very important to researches. The present experimental study is conducted to investigate the effect of steam flooding through horizontal injector-horizontal producer when high permeability section exists in the horizontal section and the ratio of permeability is 1:8. And 13 differential pressure transducers with high accuracy are installed in the model to measure the pressure field variation in reservoir during the experiments. And 13 differential temperature thermocouples are put on the model to measure the temperature field variation. Water cut and cumulative oil recovery are obtained. And effects of heterogeneity on temperature and pressure fields are obtained from experiment.
