Abstract: 4,4'-(o-benzonitrile) divinylbenzene compound was synthesized by Wittig-Homer reaction. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The fluorescence properties of the title compound in acetone solvents were investigated.

Abstract: The structure design and pressure control of electro-hydraulic braking system (EHB) is essential for electric vehicles, which is critical to the braking energy recovery and vehicle stability control. In this paper, the overall structure of the electro-hydraulic braking system is analyzed, and classification method according to how the braking pedal is decoupled with the braking pressure is proposed. Through the PID control method to achieve pressure following control, it lays the foundation for electric vehicle stability control.

Abstract: nverted siphon structure is a common water conveyance buildings, this paper adopts finite element method to carry out three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis for Henggangling buttress type inverted siphon structure. Deducing variation law of the inverted siphons stress and displacement in construction process and operational process. Analysis results further verified that design scheme is reasonable and safe, it has certain reference value. Henggangling buttress type inverted siphon structure is safety, it meets the requirements for engineering.

Abstract: Acid stability of Bacillus licheniformis alpha amylase (BLA) was improved by error-prone polymerase chain reaction. The mutated BLA gene was expressed in Escherichia coli. An acid stability double mutant (K344R/H405R in BLA) was isolated. Two single mutants K344R and H405R were obtained by the way of site-directed mutagenesis. The enzymes (BLA) of the three mutants were isolated and characterized. Kinetic studies showed that the kcat/Km values of the mutants K344R, H405R, and K344R/H405R under pH 4.5 were about 8-, 11.5-, and 17.7-times higher than that of the wild type enzyme. As revealed by the structure models of the wild-type and mutant enzymes, the amino acids substituted of R344 and R405 in the BLA contribute to its acid stability.

Abstract: Abstract. Abstract: Structure analysis is a vital link while designing aircraft assembly fixtures. ANSYS software is applied to analyze the structure of an aircraft assembly fixture based on a general method proposed in this paper. Firstly, a frame-type riveting assembly fixture is modeled, the static load and the boundary condition is preset according to the requirement of finite element analysis. Secondly, the static stiffness and strength is calculated considered both the condition with and without working load. Finally, the analysis and optimization process is conducted. The effectiveness and feasibility of this method has been proved combined with the simulation result and the reality test. The method can be applied to other aircraft assembly fixture when taking finite element analysis, thus it has the application and popularization value.

Abstract: Rotating platform is one of the railway cranes key components, for the installation of crane jib, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism and rotating mechanism. In order to guarantee the normal operation of the crane, the rotating platform should have enough stiffness and strength. Based on the finite element analysis software WORKBENCH, this paper takes a kind of 160t double rotary rescue railway crane as the research background, and completed the parametric modeling and structure analysis of the rotating platform including the flexible counterweight for the first time. Thus avoiding the errors brought by the equivalent weight before. And on this basis, through the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the thickness of various parts of the rotating platform was optimized. As a result, the weight of the rotary table has a significant reduction. This will provide a new method for the design of railway crane in the future.

Abstract: The structure of inner cylinder component of drum washing machine has a critical impact on its working performance and service life, as a result, the structure analysis of the drum assembly (spider and main shaft) is chosen to be the research object in this paper. As the three-dimensional model is established by PRO/E, the structure intensity characteristic has been analyzed with the method of finite element analysis which is based on software Ansys/Workbench. According to the stress distribution characteristic, the maximum stress value that the spider has been bearing can be contrasted and analyzed with different load which can make sure the periodic properties of structure loads. The analysis and optimization method based on Ansys/Workbench provided a new thought which had the guiding significance for the development of new products of drum washing machine.

Abstract: Drill tower is the support structure to ensure normal work for drilling, and the structural characteristic has been played a vital role in the stability of drilling rig. In the paper, the 3-D modeling of the drill tower has been established by the software UG and the finite element analysis of the structure has been finished by software ANSYS that it provides a new design method and thought for the new type of electro-hydraulic controlling core drill tower. According to the analysis result, the practicability for the structure is discussed, and furthermore, this study can provide reliable and efficient technical reference for future design of drill tower products.

Abstract: A novel Co complex Co (C12H8N2)2NO3I(H2O)2 has been synthesized from hydrothermal reaction and the crystal structure has been determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The Co atom is coordinated with four N atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline and two O atoms from NO3-, presenting a distorted octahedron geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H...O and O-H...I hydrogen bonds interaction.
