Abstract: Oil-resistant and thermoformed thermoplastic vulcanizates based on butadiene-nitrile rubber and polypropylene were obtained, containing a layered silicate montmorillonite as a filler. The structural characteristics of composites based on thermoplastic vulcanizates were studied using the methods of fractal analysis. It has been established that the value of the static flexibility of the polymer chain of a thermoplastic vulcanizate containing montmorillonite exceeds the static flexibility of the polymer chain of an unfilled thermoplastic vulcanizate. It is shown that the introduction of montmorillonite in the amount of 1-3 pbw in thermoplastic vulcanizates leads to improved performance characteristics of the obtained composites.

Abstract: The hot-rolled strip skin-pass mill is the important technological equipment of finishing process in the hot rolling plant, and its role is to apply a slight thickness reduction of approximately 1% - 4% to the finished products cooled to room temperature to repair flatness defects and improve the surface quality and mechanical properties. In this study, the initial flat roll contours were optimized to solve some problems such as the serious and non-uniform wear of work rolls and the poor shape control abilities of the strip. A three-dimensional rolls–strip coupling model of hot-rolled strip skin-pass mill was established using the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. The effects of the roll contours on the contact pressure between rolls and the control effect of bending forces were analyzed, and a variable contact-length backup roll (VCR) contour configured with a positive crown contour for work rolls was proposed. Compared with the initial flat roll contours, the average replacement cycle of work rolls for the optimized roll contours increased from 465.4 tons to 701.3 tons, the non-uniform wear amount was reduced by nearly 15%, and the adjustment ratio of the negative bending forces decreased from -100% to -40% by industrial experiments in the 1580 mm single-stand four-high hot-rolled strip skin-pass mill.

Abstract: Thin film solar cell is the best alternative to replace Si solar cell, which has the advantages of low cost, no pollution and so on. It has been developing rapidly in recent years. CuInTe2 thin-film battery which is similar to CIS thin-film battery belongs to Cu-A-BVI2 sulfur compounds. The energy gap of CuInTe2 are about 1.06eV, and it is a kind of good absorbing layer material. In this paper, the research history of the CuInTe2 thin film materials is briefly introduced. It only stays at the stage of preparation and performance testing, and has not been prepared for the finished battery at present. The feasibility and advantages of CuInTe2 as photoelectric material are explained from it’s structure characteristics. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods of preparing thin film materials are analyzed and impurities in the process are found in the progress. The optical properties and electrical properties of the CuInTe2 thin-film cells can be tested without the preparation of a battery due to the complexity of thin film solar cell structure.

Abstract: Flexure hinge is the most basic compliant structure, the compliance is one of the important performance parameter. The structure characteristics is analysed and the new method used for calculating the compliance is performed in this paper. Based on the structure characteristics analysis of the right circle, corner filleted and elliptical flexure hinge (symmetric and non-symmetric), half flexure hinges are analysed and the compliance formulas are given by selecting the reasonable integral variable. The combined compliance formulas of 12 kinds flexure hinge (simple, hybrid (symmetric,non-symmetric)) are obtained by half different types of flexure hinge being combined. The right circular flexure hinge, right circular elliptical hybrid flexure hinge and non-symmetric elliptical flexure hinge are selected and their compliance are calculated with the formulas in this paper and in literatures, which results indiceted the validity and correctness of the combined compliance method.

Abstract: The surface morphology and microstructure of galvannealed steel sheet (GA) coatings prepared at different galvannealing parameters were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and SEM, and powdering amount of GA coating was investigated by the double-Olsen powdering tester. The results show that when the Al contents below 0.16 wt%, the Ra of GA coating surface was measured namely below 1.0 μm, and powdering amount of GA coating was below 30 mg/m2, it is within a reasonable value required by automotive makers. After that with the Al contents increased in zinc liquid the amount of powdering increased, this means that the powdering resistance performance of GA coating not only depended on the iron content in the coating, but depended on the roughness profiles of the surface coating. When the galvanizing coating with 0.22 wt% Al content and galvannealing at 500 °C, with the inhibition effect of Fe2Al5Znx inhibit layer, the thickness of δ1k-phase was different in the GA coating, which deteriorated the powdering resistance performance of GA coating.

Abstract: Based on the fractal theory,a quantitative research of the hierarchical structure of urban system, spatial structure and spatial agglomeration characteristics in Northern Shaanxi was made. Working on a major database of Northern Shaanxi non-agricultural population over 2012,traffic map of Shaanxi Province. The results indicate that Yanan and Yulin urban system scale is more concentrated and distribution is more balanced. The Transport accessibility between towns is better. Towns can develop economic cooperation by using infrastructure. The spatial distribution features of urban system in two cities is relatively concentrated. Towns is mainly in the valley along the river which is the main development axes of the urban system. The spatial distribution of urban system in Northern Shaanxi is decreasing from the center to the periphery .The town system presents a cluster distribution.

Abstract: The reliability of the gas turbo-supercharger can be affected by the faults such as the cauterization of the floating bearing of the supercharger, the carbonization of the rotor and getting stuck, the deformation of the blade and heat cracking of the nozzle ring. The design scheme is proposed by using friction bearing taking the place of the floating bearing, because the main reason of the cauterization of the bearing is the increase of the inside clearance of the floating sleeve, which is testified by the actual rpm measurement of the floating sleeve on the floating bearing and the adjustment test of the inside and outside clearances of the bearing. The experimental study on the structural characteristics of turbocharger bearing effectively prevents turbo-supercharger floating bearing from being cauterized, solves the problem of thermal fatigue damage, and improves turbocharger reliability.

Abstract: As a new constructional material, composite sandwich panels are applied in engineering more often than ever. This paper focuses on the structure and foreign research status of sandwich panels which are used in practical engineering problems that need attention. The structure of the composition of the sandwich panel, force characteristics and analysis methods, a set of load-bearing thermal insulation, sound insulation and decoration in one of the new sandwich insulation composite wall form, can comprehensively address architectural, structural safety, and contradict the thermal insulation performance and durability problem. Thus they can be better applied to the engineering practice and meet the development requirement of building energy-saving and adaptation of housing industrialization.

Abstract: According to the requirements of hydraulic transmission to two-way cartridge valve, and from the practical point of view a water hydraulic two-way cartridge valve was designed. Then its structure characteristics was introduced and the mathematical model was established. The simulation analysis of the water hydraulic two-way cartridge valve has been carried out through Matlab/Simulink proving that its structure was reasonable and it had good performances.
