Abstract: This paper discusses a kind of total wave force sensor, which includes the wave total force sensor principle design,the total force sensor structure design, measuring circuit design. And analyzes the relation between strain and the structure parameters at the position of strain gauge, the coordination between measuring circuit and structure. A more reasonable wave total force sensor structure has been synthetically selected. Cooperated with reasonable strain measuring circuit, the total wave force sensor has been designed, which is used to measure 3-D wave force and has promoted the wave total force sensor innovation and development.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the general tunnel structure, one type of the concrete spraying machine is designed and researched for convenient operation. Based on the work condition, the structure and dimensions of the mechanical are calculated, including the thickness and section size of each working arm. During the loading situation, the strength and stiffness of the key components are calculated by theoretical arithmetic. The concrete spraying machine structure is simulated for dynamic analysis comparison by Pro/E and Matlab software. The design method of the concrete spraying machine has certain directive significance for advanced product manufacturing.

Abstract: This paper presents a new design scheme about the bearing transmission components based on compliant parallel spring mechanism, which is applied to small and medium scale impulse plate flowmeters. The detection components can be effectively carried with a more accurate trace of displacement in the horizontal direction. The mechanism design has advantages of no relative motion and friction between the structure components, and is well adapted over the traditional bearing components, based on the principle of compliant parallel spring mechanism. Thus, the measure precision of impulse plate flowmeter and working reliability are effectively improved. Firstly, the characteristics of displacement, strength and natural frequency are analyzed theoretically, and then the simulation of static strength, modal and fatigue are performed by the CAE software. The rationality and feasibility of this design scheme are further verified by the simulation results, which has certain guiding significance for the design of the actual product.

Abstract: A new upper limb exoskeleton mechanical structure for rehabilitation train and electric putters were used to drive the upper limb exoskeleton and kinematics simulation was carried. According to the characteristics of upper limb exoskeleton, program control and master - slave control two different ways were presented. Motion simulation analysis had been done by Pro/E Mechanism, the motion data of electric putter and major joints had been extracted. Based on the analysis of the movement data it can effectively guide the electric putter control and analysis upper limb exoskeleton motion process.

Abstract: Structure design of airborne evaporation cycle system is performed in PROE. As structure is an important bearing component, its performance directly affects the life of the system. Statics analysis is made by using ANSYS to get the deformation and stress diagram. Compared with allowable stress and strain, it verifies that the structure of the design meets the requirements. Modal analysis is made to get the previous order modal frequency and the deformation, which provides theoretical basis for further optimization.

Abstract: This topic develop the matrix composite pipes which has the ability of corrosion prevention and antiseep, also has the high strength of extension and stability, by using huge advantage of the corrosion prevention and antiseep performance of resin matrix composite, the high strength of extension of carbon steel, and also, the high stiffness of cement matrix composites. We design and optimize the structure of matrix composite pipes by study the relationship between deformation coordination based on the viscoelastic constitutive model of resin matrix composite, the homogeneity elastic constitutive model of the cement matrix composites. We obtain a basic method of design the matrix composite pipes from studying from theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.

Abstract: In order to reducing the worker's labor intensity in tobacco sewing, a new machine adoption with single thread sewing technology was developed. Through analyzing the existing problems in sewing machine and the tobacco damage situation, using drawing method, analytic method and other methods, the shape of the sewing component, hook line components and other mating parts were designed. The results show that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, controllable sewing speed, adjustable leaf thickness and quantity. And the tobacco leaf damage rate is low. The comprehensive efficiency in tobacco leaf knitting with this machine is four times higher than that with hand knitting. Its application prospect is considerable.

Abstract: Introduces the structure and main characteristics of high efficiency low resistance cyclone dust removal, the use of fluid finite element analysis software for the internal flow field is simulated. It can be concluded that gas flow in the cyclone separator, pressure field, velocity field, such as distribution, and on the basis of the flow field calculation results for the structure design about analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: The antiriot shield is a type of individual protective equipment that was widely used in the process of dealing with the large-scale antiriots and unrests by the Armed Police Force. It has so many features that convenient for carrying and could effectively protect security for our majority officers and soldiers. However, the traditional riot shield has problem of smaller protection area. The paper is just aimed at solving this problem by using the three-dimensional mechanical designing software SolidWorks, having designed a new kind of automatically expanded riot shield which can be employed during in an emergency situation; the changes of this riot shield’s protection area could be realized by operators for controlling the automatically extended devices which were designed on the shield, this will effectively address the shortcomings that smaller protection area of the present shield, and it will provide a strong security for the majority of the Armed Police officers and soldiers in dealing with the large-scale mass incidents.

Abstract: The internal-curve planet gear pump is a new type of gear pump, which is on the basis of the transmission theory of non-circular planetary train and the working principle of gear pump. In order to realize the function of hydraulic pump, it is very important to research on the port plate of the pump, and it is a key link in the process of research on the pump for the mechanical efficiency, volumetric efficiency and stability of low speed. After analysis of structure principle, movement track of planet gears and variation of oil distribution hole, the discussions focus on the position of the oil distribution holes of the port plate, as well as the number, the size of the oil distribution holes. The study indicates that the port plate designed can satisfy the internal-curve planet gear pump.
