Abstract: A bran-new style coordinate measuring system with 3-PUU parallel mechanism and its advantages was proposed which could realize 3D measurement with only one linear grating and two precision guides. Firstly, measuring space with a 0.05mm error of structure parameter as target was explored based on 6 bars direct kinematics model, workspace and error model, and then the principle of maximum measuring space was presented to elaborate the relationship between measuring space and length of bar. Then in order to enlarge the scale of measuring space of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), improve the measuring accuracy and flexibility of CMM, the key dimensions and positional parameters of CMM were optimization designed according to the direct kinematics model and the principle of maximum measuring space. Finally the deformation of key components was processed by Finite Element Method (FEM) according to the motion characteristics and parameters of the new CMM prototype, so that the affect of deformation to measuring accuracy can be controlled and decreased. Results are shown that the measuring space of CMM is 1100mm in x axis, 535mm in y axis, 426mm in z axis; deformation of beam is the main reason to influence the measuring accuracy and should be offset after calibration.

Abstract: The frequence and complex of space exploration activeities makes the life of the spacecraft and on-orbit service technologies becoming research hotspot in recent years. But the limitation of non-renewable fuels makes exploration mission costly and maintenance difficult, so the free floating space robot has its unique advantages. Because the research level and control technology is not maturity, study on the free floating space robot control method is the key theory and technology which is the difficulty that our country now needs to overcome, also, the research is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper introduct an experiment scara mechanical arm based on the free floating space robot project. Main research contents of this paper include the mechanical structure design, and combining with the characteristic of the free floating mechanical arm , it makes kinematics and dynamics modals of the mechanical arm system, additional, it conduct statics test and dynamic modal analysis, which is to make sure that the mechanical arm could satisfy needs and to study its dynamic characteristics.This topic focus on structure design and mathematical modeling of the mechanical arm, it makes the research of control method and trajectory planning no longer stay on the paper, and makes the research more authenticity and accuracy.

Abstract: New U (moment) implements the optimum water section of rectangular slot structure, besides all advantages of the traditional U and T-shaped slot in the canal seepage, also has advantages of reducing covers area of higher performance and price ratio. The kind of canal seepage control structure is upgrading products of the traditional U and T-shaped slot. In this paper, through design research on new U (moment) slot structure, giving U (moment) slot structure size, it can provide technical support for the product development of new type U (moment).

Abstract: Frame structure building is widely used for its advantages of flexible space, light weight, saving material, building plan can be flexibly arranged and so on. However, researches on frame structure built in the water in cold areas, under horizontal ice pressure, are very few, and there is also no ice pressure calculation method for this structure form. Combining with the damage phenomenon of Jintaizi fishing floor engineering, analyzed the causes of freezing damage from ice pressure, temperature joint, structure form, and put forward a concept of ice pressure influence width for frame structure under the effect of ice. This article provides a reference for ice pressure calculation and the design of frame structure buildings which built in the water.

Abstract: With the method of finite element, the sliding friction process of pressure plate and friction disc during clutch engagement was simulated to get temperature field and thermal deformation of the pressure plate. The law of temperature distribution on the pressure plate, which achieve from the simulation is same with the one measured by thermocouple. On this basis, analyzed the influence of pressure plate’s thermal deformation to torque transmission ability of clutch and put forward the structure design method of clutch pressure plate.

Abstract: The planetary lapping is an effective method to improve the precision and efficiency, to obtain the ideal grinding trajectory by changing the planetary structure on the basis of the traditional abrasive mechanism. In order to grinding double plane of multi workpieces at the same time, first the design specific analyze the trajectory, Then, the planetary grinding structure is designed according to the processing requirements, and finally, the trajectory of the lapping is simulated by the kinematics and geometry, in order to verify its availability. The grinding machine is not only has a high machining accuracy and machining quality, but also is simultaneously used in the multiple workpieces having different cross-section within a certain size, in addition, it improves the processing efficiency and reduces processing costs. tables etc.

Abstract: Microgrid can be applied in different locations, relative to traditional power technology. It can improve the reliability of users of electricity and power system operation. Distributed power in microgrid needs real-time and multi-objective optimization management. This paper discusses functions and structure of microgrid energy management system(MGEMS) when connected with the main grid. Problems in long-term and short-term energy management of microgrid are discussed. From the point of view of the software platform, the system structure of MGEMS software are proposed. On this basis, this paper discusses the way to construct modules of MGEMS and their functions.

Abstract: In this paper, the FEM analysis of helicopter gondola for live working is analyzed with ANSYS, and based on modeling a simplified gondola model, which includes the appropriate elements selecting and the boundary conditions processing. The maximum stresses and the maximum deformations are calculated under nine kinds of load conditions, to determine which parts of the gondola are in danger, then provides references for the subsequent structure design of gondola.

Abstract: According to exist technical problems and requirements of the air-suction peanut precision mulching film and punching planter, the new air-suction peanut precision dibbler of the planter’ key working part was researched. It was introduced the composition and working principle of the dibbler. According to functional and technical requirements of the dibbler’ main parts, the structural design and analyze were done. The dibbler mainly consists of roller body, cavitations’ components, transmission system, and the air suction metering device. In the peanut growing typical region, field trial of the dibbler showed that overall performance is relatively stable, each component are operating smoothly, and the operating indicators can better meet the technical requirements.
