Abstract: This paper reviews joint inventory management models and discusses its contribution to improve the overall supply chain competitiveness, after discussing suppliers and agents’ plan model respectively. Further, based on the background of Company F, and combined the modern scientific management theory of supply chain inventory with practical case, it improves the inventory management method. Finally, the conclusion of calculation is presented in detail.

Abstract: With the change of the new century of supply chain management area, predicting result needs to be more accuracy to avoid “Bullwhip Effect”. Both influence diagram and supply chain network are directed acyclic graphs, we can use this characteristic to combine them together to make full use of them in logistic management area.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider an algorithm for variational inequality(VI) problem on the supply chain network equilibrium model, which is established by Dong et al.. To this end, we first develop a global error bound for VI, which can be taken as an extension of the existing global error bound for VI, then present the convergence analysis of the method for solving the variational inequalities, and the convergence rate are also given under same conditions.

Abstract: Various participants in the supply chain must combine their own quality control and the relevant coordination decision-making with other enterprises to ensure they have strong competition position in the supply chain. Transactions among the manufacturers and retailers with the existence of asymmetric information in the electronic production system, as a result, the game will existent among them. In this paper, application of signal game theory to quality control of retailers are studied and the signaling game model of equilibrium to satisfy the three conditions are also be analysis.

Abstract: Home electronics is short-cycle product with time-sensitive, the market demand volatility and large features and the unreliable environment of supply caused by a variety of uncertain factors. The value of the home electronics will become very low or even lost if it is over more than life cycle. The unreliability home electronics quality of supply is analyzed using quantitative analysis method, the impact of the maximum expected profit and the optimal order quantity of the home electronics retailer by defect rates and customers claim were also discussed in this paper.

Abstract: This paper empirically studied knowledge transfer between manufacturers and suppliers in the auto manufacturing supply chain. We focused on different suppliers based on merchandise they supplied for auto makers, and analyzed their impact on knowledge transfer in two directions: from manufacturers to suppliers, and from suppliers to manufacturers. Results verified that the former direction of knowledge transfer was significantly impacted by supplier’s roles, but knowledge transfer from suppliers to manufacturers could not be perfectly explained by supplier’s roles. This paper theoretically links suppliers’ role with knowledge transfer between auto makers and suppliers, and the results can assist firms choosing right knowledge transfer strategies according to different suppliers’ roles.

Abstract: The coordination of multi-enterprise production scheduling with partial information sharing is important in supply chain management. This paper proposes a multi-enterprise scheduling model based on ant colony algorithm. The model managed by agents and the enterprises interact with each other to evaluate the schedules, and build new schedules if any other enterprise is unsatisfied with the status quo. This process will repeat until all enterprises are satisfied with the schedules. Finally, the paper takes an example shows that the algorithm is effective and feasible.

Abstract: Asymmetric information will lead to adverse selection in the supplier selection in the supply. One the basis of game theory and information economics theories, a two stage supplier selection signal game reputation model is presented. The optimal price signal and utility of supplier are derived under symmetric and asymmetric information. The optimal signal of supplier will be strengthen and the utility at the second stage will also be increased if the supplier sets up reputation at the first stage, and it also shown that more utilities can be achieved when a supplier uses reputation.

Abstract: Customized Supply Chain Management (CSCM) has been made much account of attention in Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FSM). Products are customized by customer’s special needs at stochastic time. Then Manufacturing Oriented to Customization (MOC) would inevitably be faced by those enterprises that had to meet the changeable and complex needs of customers. However, there were large quantities of difficulties would appear in MOC supply chains, such as information overload, technology and resource constraints. All of these problems made it hard to quickly and effectively respond to customers’ needs. Therefore, we need to find a new way to deal effectively with the problems about how to respond quickly to supply chains oriented to customization. Petri Nets have been extensively used for modeling and simulating of the dynamics of flexible manufacturing systems. However, Petri Nets have not been very popular for molding of workflow in CSCM environmental. In this paper Stochastic Timed Petri Nets (STPN) were used to solve the above problems. The enterprises’ workflow was analyzed, and then the STPN model was constructed according to the characteristics of its internal supply chain. In order to minimize total tardiness time of workflow, the structure of STPN was optimized in a proper way. The results suggest that the STPN approach is also valid to minimize due date of each transition in CSCM and responses to customized needs more quickly than before.

Abstract: Assuming that ATO (assemble-to-order) supply chain is composed of multiple components suppliers and one manufacturer, who adopts JIT replenishment for some components while the others (Qr) replenishment, this paper developed a components replenishment model for ATO manufacturer under supply chain management to make a study on its mixed components replenishment policies and the production strategies of suppliers, and presents the qualifications for manufacturer adopting JIT replenishment and the algorithm for optimal strategies of supply chain through theoretical and numerical analysis. We found that the manufacturer should adopt JIT replenishment for those components with higher purchase price, long lead time and high variability of demand to reduce the inventory cost of supply chain and increase its profits.
