Abstract: This study aimed to propose alternative support systems for a diversion tunnel at the Narogong Weir, West Java, based on the Rock Mass Rating (RMR), Tunnelling Quality Index (Q), and Japanese Rock Mass Classification systems. Surface geological mapping, drill core evaluation, and laboratory testing were conducted to characterize the engineering geological conditions of the tunnel construction site. The results showed that the study area consisted of alternating layers of siltstone and marlstone of the Jatiluhur Formation. Joints and an anticline are the main geological structures observed in the study area. The uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) values of the intact rocks ranged from 4 to 25 MPa. The rock masses were classified into poor to fair classes. The diversion tunnel was divided into two segments of tunnel support systems. Although the support system characteristics are slightly varied, in general, the rock mass classifications recommended rock bolts and shotcrete as the primary tunnel support systems.

Abstract: Tunnel 6 of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway is the longest mountain tunnel in Indonesia. This study aimed to evaluate the behaviour of rock masses surrounding the tunnel and support system by conducting surface and subsurface engineering geological investigations. The rock masses at the tunnel construction area were classified based on the Rock Quality Designation (RQD), Rock Mass Rating (RMR), Tunnelling Quality Index (Q), and Geological Strength Index (GSI) systems. The surface and subsurface investigation results show that the tunnel construction area consists of Quaternary volcanic rocks overlying Tertiary sedimentary rocks of the Jatiluhur Formation. The sedimentary rocks have characteristics similar to flysch deposits and are classified as poor to good quality rock masses. The regional tectonic setting had likely worsened the rock mass conditions. Down to a 10 m depth, the rock mass quality is controlled by the RQD value, which correlates with the grain size distribution of the rock masses. The rock masses surrounding the tunnel are anticipated to have an anisotropic behaviour and wedge and chimney failure mechanisms. Consequently, a combination of reinforced shotcrete and bolting is recommended for a conservative empirical design of the tunnel support system.

Abstract: In consequence of Industrie 4.0, the application of new information and communication technologies is increasing. A central problem of industrial enterprises is the lack of any IT system which would provide required exercises concerning production planning and control (PPC). Therefore, several software systems are applied in manufacturing. Thus the demand arises to intelligently link the available and new IT systems in manufacturing. A multi-agent system offers a modeling concept for a planning support tool of PPC for the intelligent link of several systems and it increases the automation of planning processes. However, the disadvantage of multi-agent systems is that processes of autonomously acting agents are not comprehensible for humans. Nevertheless, in Industrie 4.0 the human shall be involved as the executive body or even as a decision maker. Therefore, this article describes an agent-based approach in which an agent system is used as an interface solution between IT systems and extended by a visualization approach in order to implement a partially autonomous support system for an agent-based PPC.

Abstract: With the development of database technology, there are many problems in the existing management systems of aircrafts’ portable ammunition which use traditional affairs database. The shortcomings of traditional database are analyzed firstly. To deal with these problems, a new ammunition management system based on data warehouse is proposed. The structure of the data warehouse is discussed in detail. The five steps of development and use of data warehouse in ammunition management system are then discussed. Finally, examples of ammunition supply are given.

Abstract: This paper combines the technical features of multi-agent to form the intelligent decision supporting system for exercise prescription of psychological disorder based on multi-agent. And studies for the system decision-making process and system implementation are also presented. Meanwhile, it shows the insufficiency of the intelligent decision supporting system to lay a foundation for the realization of computerization in exercise prescription of psychological disorder.

Abstract: . Amid the fierce rising competition in the market, accelerating the problem solving and decision making process have become major issues in product design especially in conceptual design stage. For years, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) has been extensively applied in problem solving. In this paper, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was proposed to strengthen three major steps in TRIZ methodology namely as problem definition, root cause identification and solution generation. The integration was then structured in the form of computer-based system. The integration, application and software in AHP and TRIZ method have been discussed in this paper. This proposed support system not only provided evidence that TRIZ methodologies improved by the support of AHP and also aided the designers in early design phase such as concept, process and material selection.

Abstract: The problem always exist in foundation pit engineering that the support axial force can not be regulated in the pit system in real time.According to setting the axial force compensation system, the problem would be solved perfectly and efficiently, realizing the fact control and adjust the support axial force and stability. The axial force compensation system which is constituted by jacks distributed in the pit has been confirmed the significant role to control foundation pit deformation and internal force monitoring combined with practical engineering

Abstract: During the operation, the high speed train will be subject to random vibration load induced by the roughness of the rail and will cause the vibration. Traction motor is critical component of traction system for high-speed train. It is subject to not only static loads, but also random vibration load. This kind of random vibration load may easily lead to fatigue damage of the structure, which will finally cause adversely effect to the motor. Thus, in this paper, a 3-dimension model of the support system of traction motors in high-speed train applications is built, and the static and modal analyses are undertaken using finite element calculation software. The simulation results confirm that the support system is robust enough to meet the design requirements of strength and stiffness. Furthermore, it has a larger margin of safety in a typical case which meets the technical requirements for safe operation of the high-speed train.
