Abstract: Environmental accounting plays an important role in monitoring and analyzing environmental issues, while measurement is the key to develop it. Fair value is the hottest subject in accounting field. With the analysis of connection between fair value and environmental science, the paper advocates that it is meaningful and necessary to utilize fair value to settle the measurement problem of environmental accounting. Approaches are put forward about extending the content of environmental assets and liabilities, how to bring in environmental valuation methods, disclosing with fair value hierarchy and integrating into environmental regulation system.

Abstract: This paper based on efficacy function to get a general assessment about the mineral resources in China on sustainable development level in five major categories: existence, development, society, environment and human resource. Meanwhile, the OLS method is also utilized to make a regressive analysis. The sustainable development of mineral resources in china is fairly well in development and human resource while show trend of continuous growth. The increase of sustainable development in society is slowing down and turning to be tranquil. However, sustainable development level is severe in existence and environment hence illustrate a exasperate trend.

Abstract: Taking raw coal of China as the investigation object, MIPS method was used to calculate the material input of raw coal in the period of 1990~2008. Numerical calculation indicated that, in the production of raw coal, water input accounted for above 72% of the total material input, and solid non-biological material input accounted for about 25%, while air input accounted for only 0.4%. As for the whole country, the average input coefficients for water, solid non-biological material, and air were 6.13 t/t, 2.13 t/t, and 0.03 t/t, respectively; the average input coefficients for water, solid non-biological material, and air were 6.07 t/t, 2.26 t/t, and 0.03 t/t, respectively, for the state-owned major coal mines; in the local mine, the average input coefficients for water, solid non-biological material, and air were 6.17 t/t, 2.03 t/t, and 0.03 t/t, respectively. The raw coal material input as a whole appeared to be rising.

Abstract: In this paper, the construction of the pressure-state-response model is referred to build the indicator system for assessing the environmentally sustainable development of the expressway during construction and operation periods. And a specific measurement method is given in this study. The principal component analysis is performed to determine the weight of each index by statistical analysis, and to calculate the environmentally sustainable development indices during the construction period and operation period, and the whole project. According to the results, the environmentally sustainable development indices during construction and operation period are most related with the pressure index, which means that the environmentally sustainable development of the expressway is closely related to the reasonability of the design, construction and operation of the expressway itself.

Abstract: In modern society, the development of urbanization process makes the increasing waste concrete and natural aggregate resource increasingly drying up. Recycled concrete research has become the inevitable development of society. This paper briefly introduces the research status of waste concrete recycling, and points out the current waste engineering application research status and existing problems of the concrete utilization. The industrialization of recycled concrete is in accordance with the needs of environmental protection and sustainable development strategy.

Abstract: As the growth of environmental problems, the ecological environment protection is becoming more of a concern of the countries all over the world. At present, the ecological environment sustainable development problems have already become the important content of China's socialist modernization construction. In this paper, we would clarify ecological ethics value orientation and scan the basic characteristics of environmental policy in China from the perspective of ecological ethics. On this basis, from the perspective of ecological ethics, we would put forward to the countermeasures and realization way for the sustainable development of ecological environment of our country.

Abstract: The key elements and internal mechanism of renewable energy development are studied on the basis of system theory. 3E system - which consists of energy, environment and economic was used to analyze mechanism of renewable energy development. Two special effect elements of renewable energy: social factors and technical factors were applied to the 3E system. It was first time to create the ST-3E renewable energy system for study. The improved renewable energy system model including the system structure, its characteristics and inherent mechanism was used to study the operation and evolution of renewable energy development. This study will provide more perfect methodology to study the sustainable development of renewable energy and basis to make energy strategies and policies for governments and international agencies.

Abstract: nfrastructure construction is crucial for urban development. Urban infrastructure construction varies with different development stages, city size, and city characteristics. This thesis first introduces three types of infrastructure construction, including their advantages and disadvantages. And then, four main problems are posed based on the current situation of infrastructure construction in Shenyang. After careful analysis and comparison and a reference to the advanced experience at home and abroad, countermeasures are worked out from both temporal and spatial perspectives, to provide a referential basis for the sustainable development of infrastructure construction in Shenyang.

Abstract: Abstract. Present concerns for sustainable development have led to a revival of Rammed earth construction using natural or recycled resources. In human history, rammed earth constructions has a long history and wide application. The rammed earth construction is a symbol of the coexistence between mankind and nature, and especially with today’s energy depletion and environmental degradation, it became the focus of attention for its excellent function. The factors contributing to raw soil construction’s bleak prospect are that architect rarely focus on the rammed earth buildings and lack of people to participate in construction system. Since the sustainable development has been a theme of contemporary society, architect and engineer should pain more attention to the rammed earth construction.

Abstract: With the serious problems of resources shortage and environmental pollution, researchers in civil have to pay attention to the sustainable development of civil engineering. In order to invest more reasonable and choose the best scheme, a kind of decision-making method is put forward with Triangular Fuzzy Numbers from the angle of sustainable development. And this method was proved applicable by an example.
