Abstract: This paper describes a design of high-speed and reusable SPI interface model which is used for Microcontroller. The SPI interface is designed by very simple but universally useful method, used a FIFO to improve transmission speed and supported data serial input and parallel output which other interface didn’t mentioned. The paper analyses the function of every module of SPI interface and standard 8051 microcontroller interface communication protocol, describes the design project of implement SPI logical function. After testbench and FPGA verification, the results indicate that the microcontroller SPI interface function and performance are all achieve design target, many communication tests indicate the design is reliable in performance and more universal.

Abstract: Some Steel Plant in our country using the old formula annulus crane, this article introduce a new electrical control system. Using PLC + Inverter + Linkage console, use this control system, we can solve the question that the old crane always out of orbit, this system solve the crane out of the orbit, broken the orbit and slip perfectly. On the other hand, we subjoin vector control, which can prevent the weights fling off.

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of PCM/FM signal demodulation system, this paper studies a kind of Symbol Detection more (Multi-Symbol Detection, MSD) technology. First for PCM/FM in hardware demodulation, a series of problems in the introduction of MSD software demodulation method; Then the MSD demodulation under low SNR synchronous implementation; The algorithm simulation, the results show that the bit error rate of 10-4, detection performance than traditional non-coherent frequency discrimination algorithm can improve the nearly 3 dB, the performance is very ideal.

Abstract: This study shows the results of double servomotors synchronization controller (SC) for Mirco-precision servo press. Two systems are used in this study, one is the master motor and another is the slave motor. Each system is designed separately. Also, it is necessary to use the synchronous controller to minimize the synchronization error and the motion command is transmitted simultaneously to two motors. The control system for the master motor includes a feedback controller (FB) and a zero phase error tracking controller (ZPET). For the slave motor, only velocity is controlled. The feedback controller is a cascade control structure, velocity and position controller. It can make the output follows the command. In order to reduce synchronized motion error, two servomotors are synchronized by the SC. The results of simulation reveal that the performance of the overall control system is improved compare to open loop, the synchronous position error between two sliders were less than 4μmm.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to achieve pure water hydraulic sync system urn of synchronous control by using two-way cartridge valve integrated logic brick as a main valve.Through making the cartridge valve, hydraulic cylinderand proportional speed regulation valves mathematical modeling,and the theoretical dynamic simulationusing the MATLAB software,the system can realize the accuracy of synchronous control with PID control, and put forward feasibility of the cartridge valve in the water pressure urn synchronous control and the problem in the actual application.
