Abstract: Design of experiment (DOE) is the focal collective of quality technique and is widely used in Research and Development (R&D) organization to optimize product design parameters. There are three main DOE approaches that commonly adopted by R&D companies, which are the classical Fisher’s DOE, Taguchi DOE and Shainin DOE. This paper explores how these three main DOE approaches could be integrated to optimize product design parameters in a Research and Development company. The paper starts with enlightenment of the common DOE steps, follows by discussion of issues faced by the Research and Development company during the implementation of the three DOE approaches in product design. The paper subsequently illustrates how the three DOE approaches could be integrated as a new methodology for optimization of product design parameters. The integrated DOE methodology presented in this paper offers an alternative and effective way to conduct DOE in a dynamic product design and development environment.

Abstract: This paper studies the stand-alone PV systems, including modeling and simulation of photovoltaic cells based on a battery charge and discharge algorithm design, simulation and design portion of the push-pull boost, simulation and design of single-phase inverter system through experimental platform was build, complete functional test of each module. After considering comprehensive choice as to interfere with observation control method in this paper, based on the principle of interference observation, simulation model in Matlab, through its simulation results and did not join algorithm results were compared and found can effectively increase the output power of the photovoltaic cell.

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly study on the relatively small moving target and its use in the badminton video, and we also study the relatively mining methods open space across the network sparring sport badminton video. Accurate extraction of a moving object based on the mining model is using to modified geometric features for the basic motion feature mining method to be analyzed, we than obtain video structural information based on statistics of people habits using the improved tracking algorithm, the results show that the method can solve the problem of missing and made a badminton video teaching system design.

Abstract: When designing unique optomechatronic systems with the application of innovative solutions, decision making with respect to a number of technical and economic criteria seems to be an essential problem. The multi-criteria decision theory is a process of selecting the best solution to the set of alternatives. The paper presents the application of the TOPSIS method for working towards a solution to decision making in the process of designing a unique measurement vision system. The set of alternatives for the vision system has been considered with regard to benefit and cost criteria. As a result, the best alternative has been identified, which represents the highest similarity to the ideal solution expressed by the value of the relative closeness index.
