Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology, the future will be a large number of the use of automation equipment instead of manual operation, to meet the complex control, high precision, multi axis motion control card applied in NC system will become more and more widely. This paper studies three axis dispensing machine positioning control system based on machine vision, not only uses CCD camera to clear description sheet dispensing area real time scanning, using the smoothing operation and the value of the two methods for the acquisition of image preprocessing, and the use of image morphological operation extraction dispensing location coordinates, to solve the traditional dispensing mode of open loop low control accuracy, low efficiency and poor stability problem. Experimental results show that this system is tested and used are able to meet the requirements, in the long time repetition work greatly reduce the use of artificial also can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality are improved.

Abstract: In order to meet growing demand of storage resources, improve the security and integrity of enterprise information resources, this paper analyzes storage resources status and existing problems of Foshan XY Elec-Mech Limited Corp in the first. Based on detailed analysis of cloud storage hierarchy and its advantages, the cloud storage framework is designed to meet enterprise’s demands, security control strategies and backup strategies are also discussed. After implementation, the integration of information resources in multi-systems and multi-platforms may realized for providing users with massive information storage and access services. Furthermore, when disaster coming, multiple backups may be used to recovery for ensuring the continuity of enterprise’s business processing.

Abstract: In order to enhance the safety performance of five kinds of transportation infrastructures: pavement, bridge, tunnel, side slope and ancillary, a comprehensive freeway infrastructure safety and emergency management system was built in this research. Firstly, the system framework was illustrated. Secondly, the infrastructure safety index system was built. Thirdly, according to the different characteristic of five kinds of infrastructures, comprehensive safety evaluation models were proposed in order to evaluate the safety of freeway infrastructure. Fourthly, the system of emergency management and emergency plans were expounded. Finally, the system software was implemented based on the previous modules. This system has strong practicability, which can compensate for the deficiencies of the infrastructure detection in the past and provide a new informationalized management platform for freeway management.
