Abstract: Mobile payment has been rapid developed, but existing mobile payment platforms are not perfect. This paper focuses on research and design of mobile payment platform. A mobile payment platform based on hybrid APP technology is proposed. Hybrid APP technology perfectly integrates web APP with native APP. It is current mainstream app technology and has been widely used in mobile enterprise application. The solution based on hybrid APP offers beneficial reference for the construction of future mobile payment platform.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, especially with the popularity of the network, there are more requirements of the information in the battlefield. The increasing amount of intelligence data should be handled. This paper is discussing how to store and handle the massive intelligence data, which is very massive, complicate, correlative, isomerism, and etc. Storage resources, computing resources, network resources, and so the performance requirements should be improved. Abstract: On the basis of the characteristics of logistics distribution of agricultural products and using the system of performance evaluation of other logistic company and centers for reference , under the environment of Windows operating system, with the aid of the Visual Basic 6.0 tools, I have designed the software of performance evaluation of logistics’ distribution of flash agricultural product logistics whose contact surface is friendly, simple, practical, flexible and so on. It can complete the screening of indicators of performance evaluation of logistic companies, the calculation of target weight of the evaluation indicators and the synthesis evaluation of performance evaluation of logistics distribution of agricultural product logistics.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of computer technology, application of technology of network, communication, database and so on to the daily teaching activities become very practical method. The network examination is an attempt to replace the traditional examination mode, more and more subject’s examination using a paperless network examination mode. In this paper, we take basic computer course as an example, investigate the related evaluation technology, and give the basic design principle and coding method for automatic scoring function of basic computer course papers.

Abstract: With the continuous development of internet technology, its application scope has been widely. In the field of education, it is becoming more and more mature and forming a complementary relationship with traditional education. In this paper, through t computer.NET platform architecture, we analyze the composition and running mechanism of.NET structure. Based on this we construct the exact image recognition method with block matching, which matches the martial arts action image. We use VB.NET internet technology to construct the martial arts teaching action design system, and use simulation technology to test. The results show that the system can meet the needs of martial arts teaching, and has strong practicability.

Abstract: In this paper, we combine the practical application of my school digital campus construction, explores the construction of campus smart card under wisdom campus-based platform in our college. Select non-contact logic encryption IC card. Analysis the overall objectives and system functional requirements of the wisdom campus smart card system, present a system function chart. Finally, combine with cooking food department, which is the characteristic profession of our tourism school, system analysis and design a training room management subsystem in campus smart card system.

Abstract: Resident health record is not only to reflect health condition of people but also precious medical information, which offers great help to medical institutions and medical staff. The use of resident electronic health record system will be used more widely, even a necessity of people’s life. The core technology in developing this system was analyzed in this paper. In this system, the requirements of residents, doctors and managers were introduced in detail through the illustration and activity graphs. In the end, function modules of the common resident electronic health record were listed. These design schemes will provide references for relative researches.

Abstract: Revenue metering is one of the most important profit growth modes in services. This paper study the issue based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analyzes, the results show that the revenue metering constitute indicators of the degree of impact on revenue metering, its from the index layer constituting hotel revenue metering to explore the impact of the implementation of the effect of a short board, to establish a perfect hotel revenue metering system to provide a more reliable basis and achieve the desired results.
