Abstract: This paper presents a remote equipment virtual maintenance training system architecture. The system function modules are designed. We use the open source software to develop the environment to build a complete system which based on ThinkPHP and MVC framework. Multisim circuit simulation software is nested for circuit board components positioning and fault diagnosis. The system can be used for fault diagnostics in electrical system and it can also be used to train maintenance staff.

Abstract: As the current regulatory requirements of automobile disassembly and recycling are becoming strict increasingly, it is necessary to focus on environmental protection in the processing and information management system of disassembly and recycling. This paper studies on the information management method and system implementation of disassembly and recycling processing of automotive products. Firstly, the concept of parts-disassembly level is put forward and the level planning model is built together with the confirmed methods of parts-disassembly level scheme by LCIA. Then, a management system platform for disassembly process of automotive products is developed. Finally, the feasibility and availability of this system is verified by the application example of the disassembly level for a certain type automobile.

Abstract: Process planning is the key sector for automobile industry enterprises to shorten product development cycle. By studying the expression method of process information and standardized description method of process knowledge based on MBD, the process knowledge base is established with the uniform representation model as the core, on this basis, the knowledge embedding method oriented to process planning task, modeling method of process planning wizard and process planning navigation technology is studied, the maintenance and application platform of the process knowledge for the automobile industry is established, and integrated with the existing CAPP system, to realize the whole-process management of processes knowledge, so as to provide the support for the optimization and improvement of the manufacturing process.

Abstract: The existing problems on the manufacturing process planning and management of China are introduced, a variety of manufacturing process analysis and optimization processes are integrated, product, process and technology resources are systematized, then the information model is established. The architecture of a process analysis is proposed, on the basis, a platform of process planning, management, analysis and improvement is constructed, through integration with the CAPP system, the function of process planning, analyzing and optimizing has been implemented. By application in an auto heavy plant, the desired effect of data sharing, staff collaboration, process optimization is achieved.

Abstract: Large rotating machinery is widely used in industrial production process. With the computer network technology, system testing technology, signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology, large motor based on high speed wire rod production line as the object, the online monitoring method of large motor is present. Based on it, the signal processing approach of large motor under complex circumstance is proposed, and the software of on-line monitoring system for large motor is developed. Through monitoring the key parameters of the distributed signals of temperature, pressure, current and so on, the developed system can accurately analyze and locate critical faults of equipments, reduce faults rate, extend the service life and increase productivity of the motor equipment.

Abstract: The improvement of energy efficiency in electric power supply and demand system is involved in energy production, distribution, and using, which is a complex engineering system. Using the system theory we studied the optimization of overall resources of electric power supply and demand system. After the complex feedback mechanism of energy efficiency improvement analyzed in electric power supply and demand system, we thought that only by construction of user response subsystem can improve the energy efficiency of electric power supply and demand system. Then, some feasible suggestions for user responding subsystem were put forward.

Abstract: In Visual C++, OpenGL was programmed for developing three-dimensional model design system, the basic principles for modeling, as well as the methods and steps of system development are introduced, and example demonstration was conducted. The system realized the three-dimensional display, processing and man-machine interaction of common packaging, and showed the cushion packaging effect realistically and vividly, which provides the most intuitional image basis for the further modification and specific implementation of buffer scheme.

Abstract: A numerical control transformation (NCT) system for a conventional lathe machine is introduced in this paper. The NCT system is considered as the key equipment to the manufacture of the transmission shaft. According to the construction feature and technological requirements, both the hardware and software construction are analyzed, as well as the implementation method of the NCT system. By practical operation, the experiment test result is given at the end of the paper to support the usefulness and practicality of the NCT system.
