Abstract: Both fuel cells and lithium-ion cells are chemical sources of electric energy. In either of these sources, energy is obtained from chemical reactions performed at the electrodes. However, different constructions of those cells causes that they are characterized by different, and in many cases opposite, properties. Their combination into a single hybrid power source can therefore lead to utilization of advantages of both of them and, at the same time, mutual elimination of their disadvantages. The article presents control assumptions, structure of control system and control algorithm of a hybrid portable electric energy source in an early stage of development – a technology demonstrator. Discussed technology demonstrator integrates PEM fuel cells with Li-ion secondary cells.

Abstract: This paper proposed a method and software generation platform, which can automatically generate C++ codes of math equation, and package the software and method into a standard component. Also, the system integrates different types of methods in the unified information processing system with standard interface and format. Users can create new component and design experimental task with existing components. The system is quite convenient for developers to develop new component, easy for administrators to manage all existing component, and simple for users to design and operate experimental task.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to develop a practical method which integrate the mighty function of GIS with KBS (Knowledge Based System) .It emphatically bring forward a prototype of KBGIS. The research is an example of GIS-KBS integration in which the elements of KBS techniques are actually integrated with GIS. The idea of the prototype KBGIS system design was to put the model, data, domain knowledge, and the system's knowledge acquisition and reasoning mechanism and GIS together into a same environment.

Abstract: This paper introduced a new power flow control strategy for a variable speed engine-generator based range-extended electric vehicle. The specific fuel consumption map of the internal combustion engine (ICE) has been obtained by off-line experiments to achieve optimal fuel efficiency. Finally, a typical range-extended electric vehicle is modeled and investigated such as acceleration traversing ramp, maximum speed, fuel consumption and emission are performed on the dynamic model of a range-extended electric vehicle. The energy consumption and cost were compared to tradition range-extended electric vehicle. Computer simulation results obtained, confirm the validity and performance of the proposed power flow control approach using for series hybrid electric vehicle.

Abstract: This article detailed introduces the system integration project management present situation, analyzes the system integration project initial stage, executing stage and completion stage of each phase of the project management content. And the problems existing in the process of system integration project management are analyzed. And these problems include project scope management. Project team management is not perfect and project risk management is not science, etc. Based on the relevant theory of the system integration project management at the same time, it analyzes the cause of system integration project management problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. Finally based on the theory of project management nine knowledge areas, according to the basic process of project management: start, planning, executing, controlling and closing to discuss a specific system integration project. The concrete covers the scope of the project management, human resource management and risk management, and other areas of the project management body of knowledge.

Abstract: In the era of Web2.0, people in the social network make up a complex relationship called group by communicating with others, such as forward or comment. Such networks are typically abundant with valuable information which can be mined. We use data mining technology to analyze the network group structure based on different topics, divide the network group into multiple sub-communities, analyze sentiment tendency of different communities, views and frequent patterns, and present the overall characteristics of whole group visually to the users to help them make decisions.

Abstract: This paper presents an approach to the application of agent-based systems for robotic workcell integration. Agent-based systems constitute a relatively new approach for analyzing, designing as well as implementing applications to be used in distributed systems, which is multi-robot workcell described in the paper. This systems should provide coordinated actions of all cooperating agents in order to achieve a common task. In the work was assumed the independent and autonomous operation of each robot as an individual agent. The aim of the designed system was to maximize the number of tasks realized by robots while minimizing the incompatibility of different robots during their joint work. It is assumed the independent operation of each robot and at their highest efficiency and effectiveness. In the paper are presented steps required to reach this aim and the short descriptions of proposed algorithms.

Abstract: The product design of curved surface shape is fashionable in current industrial design region. Reverse engineering is one of the most frequently-used CAID methods in current industrial design. This article introduces the specific steps to do reverse engineering design applying to ALIAS software, emphasizes that the combination of reverse engineering and NC manufacturing technology or RP technology can greatly shorten the product developing and researching period of the enterprise so as to produce opportunity for new product to enter the market and bring huge economical benefit for enterprise. It is deeply paid attention by manufacturing industry.

Abstract: Recently, remote control technology attracted wide attentions and began to be used in lighting applications with computer and internet, power electronics, automatic control technologies together. Most conventional remote controlled lighting systems realized basic lighting functions, i.e. turning on/off and dimming. However, modern remote controlled lighting system needs to have multi-functions including line switching control, line anti-theft, illuminance detection, metering electrical parameters, ballast’s fault-condition detection, data analysis and statistics, abnormal-conditions alert and diagnosis. These functions will make the system more intelligent and practical. This paper proposes such a system comprising intelligent ballast, line switcher, meter, illuminance detector, server, website, etc. The system integration method is illustrated by analyzing the system’s working principle and functions. An experimental system is set up as a demonstration and the test results verify the proposal.
