Abstract: This paper design a PID controller based on nerve net aimed some servo system. The controller use NN control algorithm on the basis of classic PID controller. It can adjust the parameters of PID adaptively and realize the control demand of high precision and rapidity. The control algorithm is programmed using MATLAB and c++ language. According to results of the simulation and experiments, the NN PID controller has good static and dynamic property and meets the performance of actual servo system very well.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional information retrieval, knowledge retrieval based on ontology has higher retrieval efficiency. In order to adequate arena for the effectiveness of knowledge,and intelligence to meet the users on the implicit and explicit knowledge retrieval demand, the author designed a system model of intelligent science based on ontology. Detailed analysis and elaboration of the three aspects: subject knowledge ontology construction, ontology knowledge retrieval, service based on intelligent. Provide methodological guidance and technical support to enrich the research contents in the field of knowledge retrieval.

Abstract: Time series analysis has been extensively used in many fields, such as system identification, modeling and data predication, and played an important role in system design, planning and performance analysis. The focus of time series application study is how to improve the accuracy and computation speed of the parameter estimation. Many researchers have carried out system modeling study by applying time series analysis and have gained their research results. The traditional methods such as maximum likelihood estimation, moment estimate and least square estimate which exit the defect of low precision, poor convergence and parameter estimation white noises coupling, are mostly utilized in parameter estimation for model. Taking this as basis the data forecasting and anomaly detection are conducted, which is hard to ensure the system’s stability. Different from the traditional algorithm, this paper proposes a new weighted iterative stage parameter estimation algorithm which avoids the coupling with white noise estimation of ARMA model parameter and improves the accuracy of parameter estimation. In theory, this algorithm tends to provide a good convergence performance. The experimental results based on ARIMA model show that the algorithm can improve the accuracy of parameter estimation and provide a good convergence performance.

Abstract: With the popularization of computer technology and application and popularization, the network technology has been widely used, the resulting network security issues are also increasingly prominent, to the network itself and the information system based on network constitutes the great potential safety hazard. This paper expounds the concept of intrusion detection and data mining, the commonly used invasion detection technology and models, and analyzes the application of data mining technology in intrusion detection system, to provide reference for the optimization and perfection of the network intrusion detection system and using for reference.

Abstract: The report deals with projects risk management approaches and methods. The methods are based upon the main provisions of the following standards: International Competence Baseline, published by International Project Management Association – IPMA and National Competence Baseline published by Russian Project Management Association – SOVNET. It is known two types of risk management methods: qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative methods deal with procedures that reduce the risk of risk situations and the quantitative methods allow to produce quantitative estimates of the proposed activities using SOVNET system methodology.

Abstract: The paper from the practical needs of a heavy machinery enterprise, investigated the mine hoist process design and management process and in-depth analysed of the main problems existing, proposed the solution of mine hoist process management system based on B / S structure, and used IDEF0 method to establish the overall functional model of the system, designed system function modules and database, finally usedASP technology to achieve the system.

Abstract: The safety and reliability of large-scale visual vehicle monitoring system receives the user's attention. In this paper, the status of the development of vehicle monitoring system is analyzed, the necessity of developing scalable component-based vehicle monitoring system is discussed and a practical extensible system model based on component development is proposed. Through this article, it can demonstrate that the design meets to the performance requirements.

Abstract: Information increase rapidly in recent years which make the effective use of information is not that easy. Knowledge fusion can improve the semantic accuracy and specification of knowledge; it’s a useful way to make the mass disordered information integrated and easy to be recognized for users. The paper proposed a knowledge fusion system model based on ontology and multi-agent theory to meet with the user’ changing needs at any time.

Establishes a concept with combinations of the structure of object-oriented development and lifecycle development methodology, and analysis of the structure and function of each component module systematic. Application of the technology of knowledge, we design a model of the new ERP system based on J2EE technology, and expounds the advantages of adopting this system structures further.
