Abstract: With the constant development of information technology, information into education teaching quality evaluation has injected new vitality.The evaluation for teaching quality of university is to add the power and energy of teaching. Evaluation for teaching quality of university based on AHP is proposed in the paper. Evaluation scale among evaluation indexes is given, and the weights of evaluation indexes are obtained. The absolute weights of the second-degree indexes are gained. The economics teacher is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of AHP technology. The experimental results show the evaluation for teaching quality of university based on AHP has excellent results.

Abstract: The evaluation on the students' vocational skills and teaching quality is more often unilaterally performed by the school side. The results are not recognized by business, industry and other employers, and further to affect the students' employment rate and quality. This work team carried out a series of research subjects on how to establish a mechanism for third-party evaluation of teaching, where businesses were invited to join the teaching management, with their views on graduates being collected for the initial establishment of an effective evaluation mechanism. This played a very important role in exercising and improving the overall quality of students.

Abstract: For the problems that the street running state and information was difficult to feedback and reasonable control, we apply the topology model to the street lighting management system, and complete the optimization control in this paper. Using the fuzzy control theory to handle the road signals, the intelligent lighting region controller integrates the thyristor chopper with the autotransformer technology, carries out the soft start and slow slope control to the street light, and realizes automatic voltage and energy saving. At finally, the system can realize the energy-saving control and intelligent, networked management of city street lamp.

Abstract: The evaluation of sports teaching quality is important to the development of school sports and teaching reform. Having consulted some research papers and multiple teaching methods, the authors tried to apply Markov Chain Method to the evaluation of sports teaching quality. The result shows that Markov Chain Method is scientific in reasoning, reliable in calculation and feasible in practice. It can reflect the teachers' teaching quality and the students' learning results all-sided and correctly. Therefore, Markov Chain Method is an ideal method for the evaluation of sports teaching quality.

In this paper, according the characteristics of Jiujiang University's teaching management, the design purpose and design idea of campus management information system are introduced. taking the way of combination of C/S and B/S structure, using a modular design method for systems design and development,choosing SQL Server of the Microsoft company as a database management system, the teaching quality information management system is designed and implated.

Abstract: With the introduction of frequent curriculum reform and information technology, it has changed the nature of foreign language teaching work to a certain extent. Foreign language teachers are shaken and overturned by the original teachers identity. Now foreign language teachers identity research has become the current hot topic in new era. This paper uses seven-layers model of educational service to analyze the current situation of foreign language teachers identity, then uses hardware and software to research on the training courses and teachers professional development community and other resources. Finally, the teaching method, school and district levels service facilities will be integrated into efficient teaching, in order to improve teaching quality. This method can solve the identity of the foreign language teachers professional development. At the same time, it also provides a certain degree of reference on other subjects teachers identity.

Abstract: Teaching quality is important for training qualified students in schools. How to monitor the teaching quality in schools in real time and correct evaluation have to be paid much attention by educational administrators. Abstract: A set of multilevel, multiindex and comprehensive analysis index system of teaching quality assessment in college is proposed in the research by combining hierarchy analysis with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The weight of each index is defined by using analytic hierarchy process , this make teaching assessment become more scientific, reasonable and justic. At last, the practicability of the method is verified by a practical example. The teaching quality in college may be assessed objectively and equitably by using the method. It is very necessary for teachers to know their practical level and improve their teaching level.

Abstract: The teaching quality information system is,based on our school management practice,an integrated management information system for the entire school teachers and students,which takes the advanced design concepts and development technique to set the evaluation system. This paper,taking the object-oriented thought and the unified modeling language as the analysis and design tool, makes the requirement analysis and system design of the relevant business management process according to the characteristics of system and the users,which takes two kinds of framework modes in form, B/S and C/S. At present, the system has been running in our university and achieved good results.
