Abstract: Bamboo construction is often related to traditional and vernacular architecture, which is found mostly in rural areas, where, for the construction, local people apply diverse techniques learned in an empirical way and passed on from generation to generation. However, in the last years, many modern constructions with bamboo have been developed around the world. At the same time, many connections have been designed for permanent and ephemerals lightweight structures. However, most of them do not have standardization and mechanical testing, because it is expensive or there are no means to do it. Therefore, it is required to create a technology classification for the most used existing connections, starting with the traditional way to join canes until the contemporary connections developed with high technology. In this context, connections are a challenge to be developed, as currently there is no normative in bamboo to follow and create standardization.

Abstract: This paper tries to highlight some biomechanical characteristics of the transfer in the rotational movements on uneven bars in women’s artistic gymnastics. This scientific approach led to a study conducted during the Masters National Championships from 16th to 18th of October 2012, in ”Nadia Comaneci” Polyvalent Hall of Onești. The study involved 7 gymnasts belonging to junior training team of Deva, aged 12 to 15. The following methods have been used in this research: method of bibliographic study, method of pedagogical observation, method of biomechanical video analysis using Kinovea and Physics Toolkit programs, experiment method, statistical method (KyPlot) and the method of graphical representation (Excel). The analysis of difficulty values of the technical elements on uneven bars as per the Code of Points emphasizes the dynamics of the vertical and horizontal transfer, depending on the category / type of the movement and the difficulty group. The results of the study highlights how the transfer is made throughout the routines on uneven bars in terms of kinematics and dynamic characteristics of the key elements of sports technique during the rotational movements. The efficient use of the postural orientation method based on the biomechanical analysis of the rotational movements on uneven bars showed the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the key elements of sports technique according to the performances achieved in competition.

Abstract: The design of future will still be the most confusing and puzzling issue and misgivings that arouse worry and leading to the spirit of adventures to make progress and arrive at the ways of reviving, creativity and modernism. The idea of prevailing of a certain culture or certain product in design depends on the given and available techniques, due to the fact that the computer and their artistic techniques become very important and vital to reinforce the image in the design. Thus, it is very necessary to link between these techniques and suitable way to reform the mentality by which the design will be reformed, from what has been said, (there has no utilization for the whole modern and available graphic techniques in the design processes for developing the creativity in design).

Abstract: Lamination of green ceramic tapes is one of the most important technological processes in the manufacturing of multilayer ceramic devices and it has determined influence on the quality of the devices. Therefore, choosing proper lamination technique is very important to a designed structure. The development of lamination techniques of green ceramic tapes is of great significance for the electronic communication industry and it has become a hot spot in the research. In this paper, the main lamination techniques in the present research and practice are overviewed. As to the development prospect and direction of the lamination of green ceramic tapes, the own opinions are given on the basis of lamination study in recent years.

Abstract: Corn fiber is a polymeric fiber made from corn as the raw material. Wide applications have been found for corn fibers in recent years and many progresses on the study of corn fibers have been made as well. The performance of corn fiber is determined by the molecular weight of polylactic acid. Corn fibers have some professional properties, such as high transparency, well-heat-resistant stability, well-coloring, and full biodegradability, as well as the feature in ecological recycle. These means the corn fibers are new-typical and green, full-environmental fibers. The corn fibers can be blended with other fibrin fibers with good hygroscopic to get products of high-performance and low in price. The blending techniques of corn fibers with color cotton fibers and corn fibers with Richcel and lambsdown are studied and developed in this paper and good social and economical benefits have been achieved.

Abstract: The effect of technological parameters on MAO ceramic coating were investigated
through the technique of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on TC4 titanium alloy and. Microstructure and
morphology of coatings were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy
(SEM). The result shows that electric parameters and compositions of the electrolyte have notable
effects on the growth of MAO ceramic coatings. The cathodic and anodic voltage rise gradually
with the oxidation time increasing. The growth rate of ceramic coating is fast at the beginning, and
then turns slowly. The ceramic coatings can be divided into three layers from interior to exterior,
such as the transition layer, the dense layer and the porous layer. The coating is mainly composed of
rutile and anatase and combined with the substrate firmly. The ceramic coating’s composition in
inner and outer layers appears quite different. The ceramic coating on titanium alloy is of excellent
performance on anti-attrition and anti-corrosion.
