Abstract: The article presents the results of the study of the quality parameters of the precise hole, depending on the size, spatial location and condition of the contacting surfaces, the parameters of the state of the contact zone, during finishing grinding. The correlation between the processing modes and the current parameters of the contact zone during internal grinding is established. Dependencies describe the flow cross-feed for the i-th turn increment of the depth of micro-cutting, compensation of radial material removal previous turn, deterioration of the wheel, the increment of the elastic and thermal strains. At the same time, the depth of micro-cutting and the increment of elastic and temperature deformations affect the values of the radial wear of the tool and the radial removal of the material. The equation of displacement balance is developed for discrete processes of hole processing with abrasive tools, during which the analyzed surface area comes into contact with the abrasive tool periodically.

Abstract: Pipe steel sheet is manufactured by hot rolling technological process. Technological regimes of every technological operation can vary in a wide range affecting pipe steel sheet properties. It is shown that system analysis provides the effective way for searching out the basics for mathematical modeling of multi-variant technological processes. The detailed scheme of steel sheet hot rolling process is presented, determining its input and output parameters. Flows of material, energy, and information are presented for each technological operation. Metallurgical concept of pipe steel manufacturing is shown as the basics for competitive product manufacturing. It is proposed to analyze the hot rolling process as a set of target functions, which will make it possible to achieve the pipe steel sheet with the desired level of mechanical properties. The proposed approach based on system analysis allows to find tendencies for further development of hot rolling.

Abstract: The increasing of vibration stability for the technological system is always the vital task for different material processing. Vibration stability increasing methods are divided into constructive and technological. It’s necessary to take into consideration different factors such as vibration whence, vibration parameters, immediate changing of processing mode possibility while choosing the method of vibration decreasing for the technological systems. The present article is reviewing the research methods of milling technology elements as one of the basis of technological methods for increasing of vibration stability.

Abstract: With the progress of human, the society is progressing. All products involved in society also are constantly evolving. Actually, technological system has its own technological evolution like the biological evolution. Technology evolution is not accidental, but driven by some factors. And every kind of driving force is happened according to certain principles. This paper proposed nine driving force of products technological evolution as well as the evolution theory. At last, a case study of the mobile phone verified the proposed theory.
