Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make a significant contribution, by reducing unemployment in India. They need to operate efficiently and productively in order to maximize their contribution to nation, as well as national economies. MSMEs play a significant role in the economic growth of the country owing to production, exports and employment. They contributes 8% to the countrys GDP, 45 % to manufactures output and 40% to the countrys exports. It provides employment to 60 million people. The aggressive competition situation arising out of globalization and liberalization is forcing the organization across the globe to realize that their survival is not feasible in the absence of technological innovation. Technology innovation reflect a critical way in which organization respond to either technological or market challenges. Therefore, the importance of technology innovation in organizations competitiveness is an undeniable fact. The literature reveals that most significant determinants of technology innovation associated with MSMEs are technological collaboration and monetary management. These determinants are relatively significant in improving the manufacturing performance of MSMEs.

Technological innovation as the carrier , it analyzed knowledge innovation, talent development and the coupling evolution mechanism in the different stages of technology innovation.

Abstract: The study did an empirical analysis of technological innovation efficiency through a case study of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an High-tech Zone of 1999-2004 by DEA. Empirical analysis shows that it is generally good to technological innovation efficiency of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an High-tech Zone in the case of variable returns to scale. Under the same circumstances scale efficiency, the technology innovation efficiency of aerospace manufacturing is lower, which explained that aerospace industry is mainly affected by scale efficiency. However, Computer and office equipment industry’s pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are slightly related to other industries. Finally, for empirical analysis of high-tech SMEs of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone provid some suggestions.

Abstract: According to current research result on the meaning, foundation, and evaluation method of technological innovation of enterprise in Shenzhen, the character of the innovation can be summarized as: utilizing the demand of the current market as a guideline, cooperating with research centers and universities, applying most of the innovation in practice quickly. For the future work, the research could be focused on the factors which might affect the ability of technological innovation. Those factors could be either external such as external finance and government regulations, or it could be internal such as the size of the enterprise. At the same time it is necessary to establish the innovation and evaluation service system for small and medium sized enterprises (SMES).

Abstract: The aim of Computer Aided Innovation (CAI) is to support the engineer’s problem solving process with current design method and knowledge base. TRIZ is developed based on the patents analysis within the cross domain in the world and it is used in innovation design widely. Conflict Matrix, Effect, Standard Solution and Separate Principle are the key TRIZ tools used to resolve the inventive problems. And they can also be used for knowledge representation in the design system. As a Computer Aided Innovation System, Innovation Engine is developed and instructed. The effect of TRIZ methodology and CAI system can be proved with the case analysis of the cavity shape design of the rotor channel in the vertical shaft impact crusher. With limited power of electrical motor, there is a technical conflict in a vertical shaft impact crusher when requirement of improving break ratio of the stone materials. With the recommended principle (Curvature), the conception of a channel with a curvilinear shape can be gotten.

Abstract: Characteristics of two kinds of innovation mode are analyzed by automobile market data for Chongqing ,and the calculation results are compared based on BASS model In this paper. The results show that there is the relationship between the Joint innovation and the self - innovation , and there is the same change. Also there is intense competition between them. So we must understand the relationship between them , and use effect of innovation diffusion reasonably to prevent the negative effects of overflow. We Must Improve the mode of technology innovation constantly, and improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises to promote the innovation ability the country.

Abstract: Technical innovation is the necessary path for industry in Pearl River Delta to success in industrial transformation and upgrading, the research about how to keep the total increase in the basis as well as to optimize the export structure of manufacturing, and how to keep the whole manufacturing benefits of the Pearl River Delta region sustainably is very necessary. Firstly, this paper adopts the multiple regression analysis to analyze how the technological innovation to optimize the industrial structure of manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta region. Secondly, the author makes a detailed explanation about the technical innovations impact on the manufactured exports with three different technology levels (high-to-low). Finally, this paper offers some specific advice according to the analysis results.

Abstract: A study was done on agricultural enterprises technology innovation based on the management bionics method. From the perspective of bionics, this study investigates influence factors, mechanisms and team building of agricultural enterprises technology innovation based on the scientific and normative analysis of management bionics. Through standardized management bionic analogy analysis, the following analogies were drawn: agricultural enterprises technology innovation influence factors and the onion biological form, agricultural enterprises technology innovation mechanism and the biological enzyme catalytic reaction mechanism, agricultural enterprises technology innovation team building with the bee biological group effect. Therefore, three bionic element models of agricultural enterprises technology innovation were built, namely agricultural enterprises technology innovation onion model, technology innovation enzyme catalytic reaction bionic model and the bees’ team effect bionic model. This study ends with the corresponding bionic strategies and suggestions about agricultural enterprises technology innovation, which may provide references for the development of agricultural enterprises technology innovation in China. At the same time, this study also enriches the research range and theoretical system of management bionics.
