Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the preparation of peanut antioxidant peptides by Bacillus subtilis solid state fermentation method and to provide a theoretical basis for further investigating deep processing products of fermentation peanut meal. The preparation technics for peanut antioxidant peptides optimized with the soluble nitrogen concentration of peptides, 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) and hydroxyl free radicals scavenging rates of fermentation broth as the indexes of investigation including the cell age was 20h, bacterial suspension volume was 3.0mL, fermentation temperature was 40°C, nutrient salt solution was 15mL, the fermentation time was 42h, water bath temperature was 45°C, and water bath time was 3h. The research shows that IC50 values for peptides scavenging of DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radicals, iron and copper ion chelating rates, lipid peroxidation inhibiting rate, iron and molybdenum reducing activity were 3.48mg/mL, 6.24mg/mL, 2.06mg/mL, 0.54mg/mL, 1.19mg/mL, 4.56mg/mL, 9.58mg/mL and 2.17mg/mL, respectively.

Abstract: The effects of maltodextrin concentration,inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature on the anthocyanins extraction from blueberry pomace by spray-drying technology were studied by response surface methodology. Based on single factor experiment, the quadratic regression model of the powder yield and loss rate of anthocyanins were deduced, then variables were analyzed with response surface methodology (RSM) by Box - Benhnken experiment. Results showed that the optimal technological conditions for spray drying the anthocyanins extraction from blueberry pomace were obtained as follows: maltodextrin concentration was 25.15% , inlet air temperature was 183.03°Cand outlet air temperature was 60.00°C.

Abstract: According to the status of the northern rural architecture analysis, the prevalence of high energy consumption, low comfort features, it is essential to design energy-efficient buildings in rural areas. Article research and analyze the layout of rural buildings, a variety of energy-saving technologies and building design measures development and utilization of new energy sources and other issues that can make rural buildings to save energy and improve the environmental quality of living of farmers. It also put forward some reasonable suggestions for carrying out residential building energy efficiency in cold areas.

Abstract: The beneficiation of Anshan-type low-grade hematite ores attracts more and more attention. Complicated beneficiation flow sheets are necessary to deal this type of ores. Classification-gravity concentration technology is used widely in these flow sheets because of its characteristics. In this paper, grinding characteristics and classification-gravity concentration tests were carried out based on the ore’s mineralogical characteristics. When the ground size of the ore was 75% -0.071mm, through beneficiation by the flow sheet of classification-gravity concentration-middle intensity magnetic separation discarding, a satisfactory concentrate assaying 67.58% Fe, 47.51% recovery was obtained, and the iron grade and yield of the tailings were 5.93% and 39.77% respectively. The controlling of the size distribution and the behavior of finer hematite grains is important and efficiency in beneficiation of Anshan-type hematite ores.

Abstract: Response surface methodology (RSM) was adopted to study the key parameters such as activation temperature, activation time, and active agent amount in order to increase activated carbon iodine adsorption value from rice husk. A second order quadratic equation was established and the applicability of model and interaction involved factors on predicting the iodine adsorption value was verified. The results indicated that the effect on the iodine adsorption value was as follows: activation temperature, activation ratio, activation time. The optimal levels for achieving the highest iodine adsorption value were obtained, including activation temperature of 550°C, activation time of 48min and activation ratio of 1.25. The iodine adsorption value reached 1464.793mg/g under optimized conditions. Iodine adsorption value was conducted under the optimum condition and the results showed the average relative error 0.58%, it proved that the models fitted well, the experimental data and the model were feasible.

Abstract: Response surface methodology (RSM) was adopted to study the key parameters such as acid leaching time, calcined temperature, calcined time in order to increase silicon dioxide extracting rate from rice husk. A second order quadratic equation was established and the applicability of model and interaction involved factors on predicting the SiO2 extracting rate was verified. The results indicated that the effect on the SiO2 extracting rate was as follows: calcined time, acid leaching time, calcined temperature. The optimal levels for achieving the highest SiO2 extracting rate were obtained ,including calcined time of 1.495 hour, acid leaching time of 36 hour, calcined temperature of 620°C. The SiO2 extracting rate reached 73.4% under optimized conditions. Extracting rate were conducted under the optimum condition and the results showed the models fitted well.The products XRD diffraction analysis proved that it was amorphous SiO2 .

Abstract: Trisiloxane surfactants can significantly enhance the biological activity of pesticides, in order to optimize of synthesis technology,in this paper,there was no gas protection,cleared trisiloxane surfactants optimization conditions by took the sample at different reaction time and measured degree of reaction degree by chemical titration method,infrared spectroscopy characterized,deteminated surface tension and controled weeds. This technology is more convenient than existent technology.The best reaction conditions:catalyst was 10mg/L,reaction temperature was 80 ,material ratio was 1:1.2, reaction time was 5 hours,the degree of their response would totally up to 93.83%.The surface tension compared with Silwet408 no significant difference to water and liquid. Different reaction degree trisiloxane surfactant could increased weed control of fomesafen differently.When added reaction degree 93% trisiloxane surfactant,dosage 1‰((v/v),enhanced observing 28.5% and fresh weight 29.5% than 252g ai/hm-2 only treated.Thus,this method could be used in production of trisiloxane surfactants.

Abstract: The suspended bio-carrier is an important environment material for the biological contact oxidation of sewage treatment technology. And it is produced by mould manufacture and plastic production. In order to reduce the resource consumption and environment pollution, the green manufacturing technology is introduced; it is certified that the technology is beneficial to produce the bio-carriers. In the two stages of producing, the synthesis use of resource and the environment protection are acted as the objectives; then the multiple objective optimization models are put forward based on material selection, mould machine, and plastic injection process. The variables and constrains in those models are analyzed in detail. For models of multiple objectives, the genetic algorithm is used, and is improved by adaptively adjusting the crossover probability Pc and mutation probability Pm, and assisting gradient descending method.
