Abstract: Computer modeling of technological processes has an important role for an assessment of quality of new products and is part of development of the analytical and expert analysis. The purpose of this work is development of methods of an assessment of quality of cast details for mechanical engineering. These data are used further for calculation on durability (service life). Application of the developed method allows making more exact assessment of a technical resource of work for cast details with defects. Are presented in article researches results of heterogeneity of mechanical properties of cast steel, accuracy of the sizes and volume of machining are given. The presented results were received on real production and when carrying out special researches. The offered techniques allow making the directed formation of high mechanical properties when developing technology of foundry production.

Abstract: To solve the problem of “two command line” existing in the significant model project management at present, this paper proposes a method of process DNA-based process management for significant model project. First, the technology process and management process of significant model project are analyzed. Second, the process DNA double-strand of significant model project is constructed employing the elements of technology and management as building blocks; and also, the two-level structure of the process DNA double-strand is analyzed. Third, the process DNA model of significant model project is established and the related formal definitions are given.

Abstract: Using phosphor-gypsum (PG) to produce sulfuric acid is one of the most effective ways of recycling sulfur resources. This paper studied the melting and decomposition behavior of PG with High Temperature Microscope and Infrared Sulfur Analyzer. Moreover, a new process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and lime is proposed and discussed. The result shows that the minimum communion point of PG is higher than 1200 °C, the desulphurization degree of PG at 1200 °C under reducing-oxidizing atmosphere can exceed 90%, and the decomposition products of PG have high hydration activity. This means that little liquid phase will occur if PG is decomposed at1200 °C, so PG can be decomposed using a fluidizing furnace. The new process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and lime has many advantages over the traditional process of PG decomposition for producing sulfuric acid and cement, and has a broad application prospects.

Abstract: By analyzing the technology process of all steel radial truck tire building machine, the author finds that there is a big potential of improvement both in stitching effect and efficiency. A new kind of stitching and control device is designed to replace the original. The new device can realize the soft stitching of tire, which reduces redundant actions and thus optimizes the process and improves the stitching efficiency. It is found in tests that the optimized process reduces the blister defectives greatly. Both productivity and quality of tires are improved significantly. It shows a big economic benefit.
