Abstract: Silicon micro-fabricated gyroscope are very sensitive to ambient temperature, this paper conducted a novel active temperature controlling system. Combined with the PTC thermistor to detect internal temperature and the inserted TEC to control the temperature, encapsulation condition inside the gyroscope was kept in a stable situation. Experimental results showed that it greatly improved the performance of the micro-gyroscope.

Abstract: PID Temperature Control Systems of Greenhouse Based on FSM (finite state machines) Methodology is used in variable-temperature-controlled greenhouse. This system cored with an advanced 16 bit RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) MPU MSP430F149 with low power. The sensors employ a higher accuracy Pt1000 Resistance Temperature sensor and Silicon Photoelectric Generator. In software design, it used the thinking of FSM programming increment style PID Control algorithm. The Flexible Application of FSM can make the program clear and more effectively to management. The increment style PID Control algorithm avoids paranormal value when setting temperature is changed and temperature control more accurately. The cite operation shows that this controller has the advantages such as high reliability and good control effect.

Abstract: In order to make the dynamically tuned gyroscope of Strap-down North-seeking working on the best temperature environment, reduce errors caused by temperature changes, a high-precision temperature control system is built up on the base of control theory and engineering. This system is a two-stage temperature control system. In order to realize high precision temperature control at a predetermined temperature range, temperature measurement circuit is analyzed and calculated on a two-stage temperature control had different measurement circuit match. Experimental results show that the accuracy of can achieve ± 0.1 °Cwhen the environment temperature within the range of-40 °C ~ + 60 °C. It can meet the temperature requirements of Strap-down North-seeking system.

Abstract: Double Helix Resistor (DHR) can be used to establish AC resistance standard. Because the short-term stability of the DHR is very important during the process of quantity value dissemination, the DHR should be kept in a temperature-controlled environment. This paper presents a Fuzzy-PID temperature control method based on MSP430F149, the overshoot and adjustment time of the temperature control system can be reduced by using the Fuzzy control rules to adjust PID parameters. A special resistance box is designed to place DHR and decrease the exterior EMI effectively. At last, Fluke 8508A is used to measure the resistance of DHR. The measurement results show that the short-time relative stability of DHR is enhanced to 3×10-7 after applying the presented temperature control system.

Abstract: Environment for plant growth is difficult to establish precise mathematical model. The conventional control methods are difficult to be well controlled, and put forward a neural network PID control temperature on the growth environment of plant. In this paper, taking the lettuce as an example, using MATLAB to simulate the PID control and PID control of BP neural network, the results proved that PID control of BP neural network has small overshoot, fast response speed and good stability compared with the traditional PID control, and better controlled temperature changing with the target temperature.

Abstract: The structure of cast iron specimen and the temperature control unit of the engine coolant ultrasonic cavitation apparatus were improved in this paper. The broken problem of cast iron specimen was solved by split-structure design, which also solved the loose binding problem between specimen and sonotrode. The temperature control unit included a beaker with water circulating jacket, water bath, circulating pump and connection hose. The temperature control unit overcame the difficulty of the temperature control of test coolant solution. More important, the temperature control inside the soundproof box was realized, which avoided the effect of ultrasonic vibration noise on the health of operator. The unit has the characteristics of simple, practical and easy to use.

Abstract: According to the set temperature, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm is used furnace temperature automatic control and fuzzy PID control process to make use of the MATLAB simulation. Simulation results show that compared with conventional PID control, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm improves the system response, shorten the adjusting time, enhances the disruptive, demonstrate the superiority of the fuzzy PID.
