Abstract: This paper is to study the feasibility and mechanical properties of the tunnel trolley in Yangdan mountain. Analyze the internal force and deformation of the trolley and template with the ABAQUS, and the results show that the internal force of the model is much less than yield stress. Therefore, the structure is very safe.

Abstract: The valve is an important control unit in all kinds of fluid conveying system, which has formed a series product. The design of the valve product follows the characteristic process, and there is a strong correlation between its components. Using knowledge engineering related theory and method, through mining and presentation about the field design knowledge and structure knowledge of the pressure valve, implements the pressure valve parametric variant design templates by using the top-down design and parametric design technology on the NX platform. It can greatly improve the design efficiency and quality through the rapid variant design of series of the valve with the template.

Abstract: Hollow anatase titania spheres have been synthesized using hydrothermally–prepared carbon spheres as the template. Here, the combination of hydrothermal process with sol–gel followed by calcination in air was done in order to obtain hollow anatase TiO2 spheres by utilizing fructose and tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) as the precursors. The structure and morphology of the products were characterized using various techniques, including Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG–DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD showed that all peaks of TiO2 correspond to anatase crystalline phase. The BET surface area of the hollow spheres was about 22 m2g-1. The photocatalytic activity of the hollow anatase TiO2 was measured under UV light using γ-lindane as the target pollutant and was compared to commercially available TiO2.

Abstract: Barium hexaferrite is categorized as hexagonal ferrite material with ferrimagnet properties. Barium hexaferrite has high coercivity, curie temperature, anisotropy magnetic field, and chemical stability that is often used as permanent magnet. It can be synthesized by using bottom up or top down method. The bottom up method of sol-gel has potential advantages in industry application compared to the top down method because of low energy requirement, more homogeneous product, and low time consuming to achieve nanometer size. The development of sol-gel method by using tapioca and chitosan as surfactant increases the quality of the product. Tapioca is used to increase anisotropy properties of particles by changing the particles shape into rodlike shape whereas chitosan is used to stabilize them at small size. Molar ratio of Fe3+/Ba2+ is set on 12 and the ratio of tapioca/chitosan is set on 1/3, 1/2, and 1. Iron (III) nitrate is used as Fe3+ source whereas barium nitrate is used as Ba2+ source. Condensation is done by heating up the sol system in the oven at 100OC. The product then is calcined at 1000OC with holding time of 3 hours. The calcined product is then characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). XRD result shows that the hematite phase has still been formed. The occurrence of the phase indicates that the reaction between iron and barium is uncompleted. SEM images show the existence of needle and rod-shaped particles with diameter of 200nm–550nm. It explains that tapioca can be used as rodlike template. The increase of tapioca tends to enlarge the rod-shaped particle and remove the needle-shaped particle. VSM result shows that the highest value of Br is found in the sample of tapioca/chitosan with the ratio of 1/3 and the value of 24 emu/g. The fact indicates that the optimal ratio of tapioca/chitosan is 1/3.

Abstract: Discarded rubber is renewable resource, and the reasonable use of discarded rubber is conducive to protect environment and save energy. This paper designs rubber template with the thermoplastic elastomer which processed by waste rubber powder and plastic. The physical and mechanical properties of various materials are obtained, and the bearing capacity of renewable rubber building template is calculated and analyzed through mechanical test. The results indicate that the mechanical properties of 16mm renewable rubber building template are equal to 18mm plywood. The research establishes a preliminary foundation for the industrialization of rubber building template.

Abstract: In this thesis we provide the electrodeposition technology by means of monolayer templates for fabricating regularly hexagonal array of copper surface, predict the wetting transformation in theory. We report the result that original hydrophilic copper surface may turn to be hydrophobic surface by this kind of structurization. The apparent contact angle would convert from less thanto more than.

Abstract: Porous CeO2 nanostructures were synthesized by a simple template method using cotton fibers as biomaterial template. The phase structure and morphology of the product were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The UV-blocking property was evaluated by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Experimental results showed that the as-synthesized CeO2 was in a cubic fluorite structure and presented fiber-like structure. The fiber-like CeO2 nanostructures completely recorded the original morphology of cotton fibers, which consisted of large amounts of coalescent CeO2 nanoparticles with average particle size in the range of 6-10 nm. The UV test result showed that the UV transmittance of the product was closer to zero in the wavelength below 350 nm, indicating that the product exhibited excellent UV-blocking property.

Abstract: Nowadays, it has become an increasingly prevalent trend to preserve exciting experiences in the form of videos and photos when people go out for amusement. In this paper, we propose a novel system to produce a personalized digital souvenir for people when they take part in thrill rides like events. Specifically, we employ on-board devices including a digital camera with a built-in microphone and a WiFi-enabled compact computer to capture the exciting experience of riders. To search highlights of a rider, we devise a mapping scheme to link the id of a rider and that of the camera pointing the rider by utilizing the RFID (Radio Frequency Identifier) technology. The retrieved highlights are combined with pre-prepared templates to produce a final digital souvenir. Field trials are performed to evaluate the technical feasibility of the proposed system, which lead to remarkable results.

Abstract: Poly (L-lysine·HBr) (PLL) along with phosphate buffer was used as template to direct the formation of biosilica under ambient conditions. We found that PLL with 150 and 400 amino acid residues resulted in forming biosilica plates, performed time-resolved SEM as a function of time to explore the silica structure evolution process during biomineralization and drew a mechanism diagram about the forming of biosilica plates.

Abstract: In order to avoid getting the CAD model of the workpiece repeatedly in ultrasonic inspection, we use a few measurement points on the workpiece and the template to match the position, and use coordinate transformation in CAD template to quickly generate CAD model of the workpiece under test in the scanning system. In this paper, several aspects such as kinematics modeling for mechanical arm, ultrasonic measurement, surface reconstruction and profiling measurement are studied to introduce the specific process of getting a detection template.
