Abstract: Sliding Mode Variable Structure(SMC) based on index approaching rate to control tension is used in this paper,because the lead sheet uncoiler electro-hydraulic tension control system parameters exist many problems,such as:time-varying,coupling multiple interference and so on.Through Matlab/Simulink simulation tool to make simulationanalysis for the electro-hydraulic proportional tensio control model,and comparing with PIDcontrol.The simulation results shows that SMC control is better than PID control.The system can be strongly adaped to parameters time-varying interference and has strong robustness.

Abstract: In order to solve the process of fishing, hull has significant heave motion under the influence of marine environment, that caused towing tension instability and fishing low efficiency problems, proposed and developed based on the hydraulic cylinder and the accumulator between the energy conversion and PLC control of towing tension range controllable passive compensation device. According to its working principle, the passive compensation device of compensation system and control system was designed, using the hull heave motion as the control energy, hydraulic cylinder and accumulator combination as a compensation system, selects PLC224CPU and M235 expansion module as the control unit. Finally, the towing tension range change of compensation has carried on the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the passive compensation device which can realize the adjustment and control of drag tension range, achieves the expected control effect.

Abstract: Take the traction wire rope cleaning and detection line of pay-off unit as an example, investigate the general law of the change during paying off of traction wire rope cleaning and detection line and build the mathematical model in each step of the paying off tension control system. Build the simulation model using MATLAB on the foundation of the mathematical model and research on the model. Afterwards, it is proved that the demand of keeping the tension of pay-off unit constant can be meet through regulating magnetic braking torque of pay-off unit.

Abstract: The sponge membrane winding quality depends on the tension intensity and stability during the winding process. Taking the problem of winding system at dynamic procedure, this paper analyzed the dynamic relationship among velocity, tension and diameter of winding coil. On this basis, the design controlled invariable tension via changing the RPM of the motor and the PID controller ,the feed-forward decoupling controller also be utilized to compensate the tension simultaneously via adjusting the RPM of the motor. The simulation presents that the design has good dynamic responses and strong anti-interference capacity.

Abstract: Coiling tension control system is the main control means to ensure the quality of the rolling process. According to the characteristics of coiling tension control characteristics and the requirements of actual engineering, establish the mathematical model of the double closed loop control system and use the traditional PID to tuning the model parameters. It is proved by Matlab simulation experiments that traditional PID can effectively improve the response process of coiling tension control system and greatly enhance the dynamic and steady-state performance.

Abstract: Carbon fiber is a fiber material, so the tension must be kept constant in the placement process. The attitude of carbon fiber placement head will change with the change of a placement path. Focusing on the problem of tension fluctuation caused by the attitude of carbon fiber placement head, gravity balance characteristic of symmetrical objects is adopted to propose a tension control method for eliminating the tension fluctuation and tension measuring error caused by gravity. In this way, the tension is kept constant depending on tension feedback control. Mathematical model and theoretical analysis show that the tension control method with gravity balance can eliminate the gravity influence on tension and make the tension keep constant.

Abstract: This paper presents a new constant tension control device which is suitable for warping of the carbon fiber or the flake yarns which are zero twist, high tensile strength, low shear strength, high specific modulus and self-lubrication and can meet the requirements of the warp tension of the carbon fiber multi-layer weaving equipment which is in the process of development. The device can make yarn tension consistent in warping process. Especially with the decrease of the diameter of yarn tube, the tension of yarn sheet is consistent in warping process. In the process of warping the warp doesnt twist and wear is small. The experimental results show that the mechanism can realize accurate control on the tension of the single yarn and the yarn sheet, and is able to meet the requirements of the warp tension of the carbon fiber multi-layer weaving equipment which is in the process of development.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of carbon fiber and tension requirement of multilayer angle interlocking loom, tension in the weaving process of carbon fiber needs to be consistent.Based on this requirement, a kind of fuzzy PID controller is designed.Through the real-time detection and feedback of tension sensor, the fuzzy PID controller for the tension control system compensates tension timely, so as to realize the constant tension.In this article, the design ideas of analog PID controller, parameter adjustment rules are introduced.The simulation of tension control system has been done through MATLAB software.The results show that the controller can meet the control requirements.

In the coiling process while the tension control of the lead plate coiling machine is not stable, it will cause uneven thickness of lead sheet, affect the winding quality of lead sheets, and impact electrolysis efficiency. In this paper, according to the requirements of electrolytic process and the lead sheet winder actual working process, designing a tension control system in order to improve the precision of tension control.
