Abstract: The durability and reliability of electromechanical drives is inseparably linked to the broadly defined environmental conditions under which they operate. The design of new solutions characterised by a high level of safety requires the execution of laboratory tests in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, and with a particular focus on the user requirements, that would simulate the actual environment of application. The aim of the research was to develop a test system for electromechanical drives that can be used in particularly demanding systems, e.g. fire protection or process control systems. The hardware and software solutions applied allow one to determine the characteristics (force, displacement, current, and supply voltage as a function of time) in changeable climatic conditions. As part of the verification of the system, the author studied the prototypes of electromechanical ball-screw actuators developed at the Institute for Sustainable Technologies – National Research Institute (ITeE-PIB) and dedicated for the rail traffic control system.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of hardship and complexity in manual vehicle gateway tests, an Automatic CAN Gateway Test System was developed. The test system integrated IPC, CAN tools and network control module. It supports 2-4 channels gateways, and it also supports complex gateways with signal routing, network status management and other complicated functions. When the test is executed, the text system can simulate all the nodes which are required for DUT in normal communication to construct realistic bus environment. It can also construct relevant message status, signal status and network status to execute tests. The system, which is highly automatic, improves the accuracy and efficiency of CAN gateway test.

Abstract: We propose a test system which is easy to operate, and has high degree of automation, and introduce its detail of operating principle and test methods, and according to the requirements of the hydraulic jumbler performance, mainly test the rotational speed, flow, torque and propulsion and other performances of the hydraulic bolt rig. The measured results were analyzed and studied, and then the measures for improvement were proposed.

Abstract: As a key part feature of the machine, machine tool spindle has the characteristics of high reliability and high precision. The traditional test methods used to short the test cycle and analyze failure life of small sample data are inappropriate. Firstly, the reliability testing system of machine tool spindle was expounded; then, research status and the statistical analysis method of the performance degradation analysis used in the reliability test of machine tool spindle system were expounded. The influence to the credibility of the reliability test for machine tool spindle was put forward and analyzed: stress selection, feature selection, failure threshold selection and small sample analysis. Accelerated degradation test was given for further research in the reliability test for machine tool spindle.

Abstract: For the performance testing demands of roadheader hydraulic components, a hydraulic system of multi-interface and high-precision sensors is built and the signal acquisition and processing system based on PLC and data acquisition card high speed acquisition module is established. A software system based on LabWindows/CVI is developed. High precision, reliability, stable and functional test system is built by using precise sensor technology, electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and automation instrument technology, and then the pump and motor performance tests is completed. The system can simulate the actual working conditions of the pump and motor, making the test results more accurate and credible.

Abstract: The design scheme of 3TPS / TP new robot test system design is described in this article, and Linux-based embedded system as the core is proposed, with displacement and tension sensor detecting robot motion and mechanical performance, the overall program is achieved by an interactive interface functions. The hardware design and software design framework is advanced, not only the high-precision performance of the hardware system is ensured, but also the multi-functional development of software is realized. Finally, experimental test is carried out, the detection of robot to its motion precision and the load characteristic is implemented, the experimental results verify the feasibility of the system solution.

Abstract: A novel and improved waste pyrolysis test system is developed by process design, pyrolysis host type design and the corresponding counterpart type design. It contains the design of waste pyrolysis pretreatment device, the sealing feeding device, the pyrolysis slag cooling device, the high temperature pyrolysis gas dust removal device and the pyrolysis gas desulfurization dust removal device. This study proposes a good testing model and a production validation on waste combustion under the oxygen-free and high-temperature condition. Thus it offers an effective technical support and guidance on improving the utilization of waste calorific value and preventing the generation of dioxin.

Abstract: Through the ship flow field of centrifugal pump that can be numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent, the paper reveals the pump flow pressure and velocity distribution. It also introduces the function of hardware and module testing system, according to the centrifugal pump performance test data, to achieve the minimum two multiplication curve fitting module using VC programming, curve fitting for the transformed data, the results show that the system is running stable, and convenient operation in the test process, simple maintenance and high reliability.

Abstract: The key support technology of smart substation testing technology is analyzed, the concrete application of smart substation is combined with the traditional network testing, and the function of real-time network packet analysis is introduced, which has make the process of smart substation layer network test form a closed loop system, extend and improve the system of smart substation performance test. And links to the reality, to the transformer substation switchboard network storm suppression function, the time delay, lost projects and so on the frame rate to carry on the statistics, the contrast has confirmed this plan feasibility and the validity.

Abstract: This paper presented the scenario of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics test system with the programming idea of the modularization. Based on LabVIEW, the IDCTMV simulated test software and subjective evaluation software were designed and developed. The subjective evaluation results and operation performance data including the reaction time of crews, the rate of errors, and the rate of over reports were tested by the simulation of the integrated display and control terminal for the typical operation procedure, which solved the problems of lacking test methods for the study of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics.
