Abstract: This paper introduces the design of an airborne pulse Doppler radar jamming system tester. Based on a detailed analysis of the functional structure of the radar-jamming system, we summarize the important failure mode. To achieve fault location and performance testing, we have developed an automatic detector for the radar-jamming system, the device uses a mode of hardware platform and software platform, and it can reach the purpose of fault location by a method of encouraging input and measuring the output of each of the radar-jamming system failure mode individually. The automatic test instrument has the features of simple operation, high degree of automation, real-time, scalable, and actual use of running proves it to reach the required design specifications, the test with good results.

Abstract: The new oil supply valve control box automatic tester is based on the C8051F040 micro controller, through the provision of analog signal and valve position signal to the control box, collection and judgment output control box, to realize the automatic test control box performance. The design has the advantages of friendly interface, simple operation,reliable performance etc. The result shows that it can greatly improve the efficiency and reliability of the control box to check.

Abstract: Based on the practical need for control stick force sensor test of a certain type of aircraft, corresponding design method of control stick force sensor tester is propoesd, its basic testing principle and course are analyzed,in th end this type of tester is made and tested practically.The result shows that the control stick force sensor tester possesses the characteristics of easy manipulation, perfect function, high intelligence,fast and exact test, provides a scientific testing means for the performance of aircraft control stick force sensor,and has a good application value and popularizing prospect.

Abstract: The IEC61850-based digital watt-hour meter is different with conventional meters. The testing method and equipment for conventional meter is no longer applicable for digital meters. A newly designed tester for digital watt-hour meter is presented. The hardware structure and working principle are described. The test has traceability to the conventional standard meter. The tracing test result shows that the tester has accuracy grade of 0.05%.

Abstract: The paper gives a detail account of how to develop an integrated tester for the hydraulic system on a certain type of equipment. The research shows the design and selection of the systems hardware and analyzing software, putting forward the application of key technologies as multi-channel sensor and automatic identification technology, multi-channel interference technology and data acquisition software based on virtual instrument. The evaluation and analysis of the practical applied results proves that the tester fulfills better the online monitor and fault diagnosis for the system, thus achieving the expected goal. The paper as well as shows the direction for improvement in enhancing the universality of the tester and completing the failure case base.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that measuring efficiency is low and measuring precision is low dependent on the maintenance man to test by manual work, a universal high precision tester of attack and slide angle sensor is proposed. The measuring efficiency has improved through the electronic spirit level that measures the attack and slide angle fast and automatically and reads data automatically. The universal property and expansibility is realized by the design method that the software and test data are designed separately. The tester in this paper is fit for the fast maintenance requirement of the attack and slide in the army, and this method has certain reference to construct other electronics tester.

Abstract: The measuring body of PRS-2 cigarette paper smoldering rate tester is industrial vision sensors P4E1.3, it could determine and identify the burning of the cigarette paper by using the advanced computer image processing techniques.The vision sensor can detection to 10,000 times per minute when the image resolution is 1.3 million pixels-accurate, it simultaneously monitors the 5 cigarette paper, and can ensure that the scanning frequency of each cigarette paper is not lower than 100 Hz. In the case of deducting the necessary analysis and calculation time, it can guarantee that the timing accuracy is no less than 0.1s. The instrument is able of detecting the serrated depth of the burned cigarette paper line and excludes the misjudgment which caused by human factors,so it could achieve control, data analysis, save and print independently.

Abstract: High-speed orthogonal cutting experiments with cutting speeds of up to 200 m/s with a high-speed impact cutting tester of air-gun type are attempted. In this tester, a light projectile with a small built-in cutting tool is loaded into a tube, being accelerated by a compressed gas. The projectile captures the chip that is indispensable to analyze the cutting mechanism. The projectile holding the chip is decelerated by another compressed gas just after finishing the cutting, being stopped without damage in the tube. Successful experiment can be accomplished by setting adequate values of the operation parameters for the experiment, which are the pressure of each gas and the opening and shutting time of the solenoid-controlled valve for each compressed gas. In order to determine the adequate values of these parameters, a ballistic simulator that simulates the velocity and position of the projectile traveling in the tube is developed. By setting the values of these parameters obtained by the simulator, the cutting speed of 200 m/s is achieved when the ambient pressure is set to be a vacuum and helium is used for each compressed gas. This paper describes the ballistic simulator developed and shows the experimental results of the high-speed cutting of aluminum alloy A2017.
