Abstract: The paper describes a methodological system of testing and diagnosing technogenic waste to create new construction composites. The converter slag structure is shown both in the form of lump materials and on the nanoscale. The results of determining the mineralogical composition of converter slags are also presented. Petrographic research of slags and their X-ray diffraction analysis are conducted with the results shown. Special attention is paid to the atomic force microscopy method. It shows that the composing minerals have unique features of the surface topography with the indication of averaged statistical data of characteristics. In further research, this experience can significantly ease the task of determining the bi-calcium silicate in the structure of other types of metallurgical slags. The information about the morphological features of the structure of various minerals will help to use this method as independent in determining the mineralogical composition of the observed materials.

Abstract: This paper mainly adopts the virtual instrument to realize the test on the accuracy of precise transmission chains, and a precise transmission testing system has been developed. The system based on the LABVIEW software can realize data acquisition, signal processing and display of results, meanwhile,it can dynamically analyze the precision of the transmission chain. The results of the actual measurements show that the testing system can accurately and rapidly measure the precision index, furthermore, it has the characteristics of high accuracy, good real-time performance, flexible operation, easy to modify the measurement program. the system can not only be used in signal measurement and analysis, but also can automatically record and store data. What is more, it can real-time display dynamic precision and transmission error curve of precise transmission chain , It is Suitable for the precision measurement and error analysis of high precision transmission chains (such as harmonic gears, planetary gears and so on) ,and has a good application value in this field.

Abstract: For the situation that digital switching device interface testing is relied on manual and automatic testing system development cost is high, the paper has adopted the reconfigurable technology. And by using the reusable character of general testing system, a special testing system is built, which can solve the contradiction between testing benefit and testing efficiency. The new system consists of hardware reconfigurable matching front-end and software reconfigurable virtual instrument. It has improved the switching device interface testing efficiency and accuracy, and shorten the construction cycle. Its component parts are reconfigurable, and flexible to assemble. It has good generality and expansibility, and certain practical utility. The idea has also provided instructions for designing similar testing system.

Abstract: Hitachi force motor valve has been widely used in the hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system of rolling mill due to the characteristics of fast response, high control accuracy and strong anti-pollution ability. It is an important part to control the steel production cost by detecting the performance index of the FMV effectively and in real time. Traditional Servo valve test system detects its static characteristics through the flow and pressure changes between the traffic cavity, and this principle can solve the three position four way servo valve performance test. However, FMV is a special three-way valve and it is hard to test its static characteristic curve like three position four way servo valve. This paper proposes a FMV testing method and has realized it. The test platform is designed and built according to the hydraulic valve testing performance index for detecting the performance of a force motor valve. Not only were force motor valve (FMV) performance characteristics tested effectively but also the performance curves were drawn. The results show that the FMV performance testing method we have built can be effectively used to detect the static performance index of FMV.

Abstract: This paper introduces a plunger limit switch testing system based on Virtual Instrument Technology with servo control module and data acquisition module. The proposed system is designed for measuring contact resistance, force-displacement curve and voltage-displacement curve. And the product qualification is automatically judged according to the measured result. Field experiment shows that the parameter testing system has a stable and reliable performance with high precision.

Abstract: Short circuit currents or forces during transport can cause mechanical displacements of transformer windings. The transfer function method is presented as a tool to detect these displacements. In order to discover the hidden trouble of the transformer, in this paper, an on-line monitoring system based on FRA method is developed, the hardware performs the main functions: signal injection, filtering, amplifying, signal conditioning, and storing the result in computer. The software includes four modules: user login, data acquisition, data analysis, data query. Finally, the monitoring system is validated by a corresponding experimental study.

Abstract: At present, marine sonar instrument has been widely used in scientific research, engineering construction and environmental protection in the field of marine, but most instruments lack method of metrological verification, testing or calibration. Without standardized testing system, the quality of instrument cannot be guaranteed. This paper proposes a method to establish the system. It shows the main content of the system, especially testing platform, technical standards and testing plans in the system. The conclusion is given finally.

Abstract: In this paper, I design and develop a surface morphology testing system using Visual Basic language matched with the measuring instrument used in the production site to get the three-dimensional parameters. This system realizes that to get the parameters directly to show the surface morphology of the mill roll. At last, I analyze the testing data and confirm the correctness and practicability of the testing system.
