Abstract: In HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge project, about 4.8 kilometers stone bed underwater should be compacted to make it smooth and remove the excess settlement. Vibrating compaction method would be used to tamp the stone layer with no dead angle in a short construction period. This paper theoretical studied on vibrating compaction technology of scattering-filling rubble stone layer. Vibrating compaction system and stone layer were simplified to a mechanical model and the vibration equation was established. According to an interpolation table, a fitting formula of equivalent damping was given. Through rigorous mathematical derivation, this paper gave mathematical expressions of the vibration displacement, the vibration velocity and compaction work on stone layer. Both compaction work on land and compaction work underwater could be calculated by these mathematical expressions. Lastly, through a set of field test parameters, comparative analysis between compaction work on land and compaction work underwater was carried out. The result shows that the weakening effect of water on compaction work is poor.

Abstract: The high oil-absorbing resin is a new type functional polymer material. The recent development of high oil-absorbent resin and its properties and synthesis were introduced in this reviewpaper. The absorption principle and process of highoil-absorbent resin are also presented. The effect of monomer, crosslinking agent and pore forming agent on high oil-absorption properties of oil-absorbing resin is investigated. At last, the present applications of the high oil-absorbing resin in environmental protection and other industrial purpose are also mentioned.

Abstract: This paper presents the results of experimental analysis and theoretical research of piezoelectric stack actuators. The key is to understand the behavior of piezoelectric materials mechanical loads in this paper, and to determine optimum working conditions. Based on analysis of some parameters and driven model, which are necessary to performing design optimization to achieve maximum energy transfer and minimum power consume, provide relevant evidence For the subsequent theoretical research.

Abstract: Axial force in CWR is an important force and energy parameter for stable rolling, which plays an important role in studying the forming quality of asymmetric shaft-parts, section shrinkage of rolled parts and rolling of heavy area reduction. By simplifying boundary conditions of solving axial projected area in this paper, and considering the effects of frictional force generated by contact surfaces between the tools and shaped shaft-section, the formula of the axial force has been derived by analytical method; by comparison of axial force values simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA FE software and measured through experiment, the formula of the axial force is verified correctly. The analyzing results provide useful reference for solving process problems caused by axial force.
