Abstract: A theoretical charge transport rate approach has taken to study the charge transfer properties in non-homogeneous N3-MgO systems. It develops at the fully quantum transition theory by means of transition energy, potential, driving energy and coupling constant. It is obtained that transition energy is determined by the donor acceptor scenario, dependent on the radii of N3 and MgO, dielectric constant and refractive index of solvents. The transition energy of charge carriers increased with increased dielectric constant and decreased refractive index of solvents. Transition energy of N3-MgO system reach to top with methanol (0.582 ev) and has minimum with Chlorobenzene (0.104eV). Dependences of the driving energy versus chemical potential of N3 dye and conduction band of semiconductor with potential barrier, the charge transfer rate are increased with decreased driving force of system. It is established that increased coupling constant factor reduces to increased charge transfer rate.

Abstract: The special-shaped silencing sheet and its derivatives of folded plate and expansion muffler structure, improve the acoustic attenuation performance in low frequency. The technical difficulties how dissipative silencer can effectively control the low frequency noise, is solved, the noise band of dissipative silencer is broadened, transmission loss increases, aerodynamic performance is optimized.

Abstract: ion: The rebound is a basketball skills: A skill of two sides’ players striving for the rebound when the shot missed. In a basketball game, grabbing the more rebounds always means winning the game. Taking the rebounds will have more opportunities to beat the rivals. The rebounds are combined with defensive rebound and offensive rebound. And the offensive rebound will encourage the players on the court and bring more enthusiasms to the fans. This paper analyzes how to strive for offensive rebounds in the basketball game, and provide a consultation for the coaches to grab the win. Abstract: This work obtained an analytical solution for a steady cylindrical MHD Couette flow in a porous medium between two perfectly conducting rotating cylinders under the influence of a non-uniform radial magnetic field. Since part of the analytical solution is expressed in terms of the integral of the Modified Bessel function of the first and second kinds of variable order, numerical integration was performed. Current results indicate that the flow may become more uniform when the strength of the external magnetic field is increased. The magnetic fluid tends to slow down if the permeability of the porous medium decreases. If the porous annulus is thick, the momentum of the flow is more difficult to propagate from the outer cylinder into the inner part of the annulus. If both the inner and outer cylinders rotate, the shear effect the inner cylinder imposes is only relatively influential in the region close to it. A decrease in Da no less than 10-2 may increase the amount of magnetic field induced. The transfer of momentum across the annular space is easier in a thin porous annulus than a thick one and hence induces a stronger magnetic field. If the inner cylinder rotates in the direction opposite of the outer one, the magnetic field in the clockwise direction will be induced in some region.

Abstract: Anchoring technology is an engineering research focus for its successful application in practice and huge economic benefits in slope stabilizing. To construct an anchorage, all steps are in the same importance and any mistake may cause an entire failure. In order to promote the combination of the applications and the theoretical studies of slope anchoring, the theoretical results, practical utilities and quality-control methods on slope anchoring in recent 20 years were discussed in this paper. The load transfer mechanism of anchorage body and the active mechanism of ground anchorages were detailed mentioned. As to practical utilities, the construction standardization, anchorage type, grouting, corrosion prevention, and other techniques were presented. When it comes to quality controlling, some discussions on anchorage field experiments, long-term monitoring, and non-destructive examination were carried out. Finally, some suggestions are proposed on open questions about theoretical study, practical utility, quality controlling.

Abstract: Abstract: Analysis of infilled frames is one of the most complicated problems in the structural engineering field. This complication is mainly attributed to the existence of the variety and complex of the infills and the difficulty in modeling the infill-frames interaction. In the present paper, with the aim to study the integral behavior of the single-story single-bay steel frames with sandwich composite panel infills, a proper computational model (the panel is simplified into an equivalent pin-jointed diagonal strut) is proposed. In the theoretical study, both of the panels and steel frames are assumed to be in the linear elastic state for simplicity’s sake, and then the cross-section area of the equivalent strut is obtained by imposing the initial lateral stiffness of actual structure equal to that of simplified model. As a support of the discussion, several numerical models under monotonic lateral loadings are performed by software ABAQUS, in order to verify the theoretical analysis. Finally, results from theoretical study and numerical modeling are compared, which give a satisfactory correlation between them.

Abstract: This paper theoretically analyzes the transfer impedance of a plane current probe. The plane current probe is an effective device that is used to measure conducted current flowing on the surface of a metal structure. One of the hot topics for plane current probe is to obtain its transfer impedance. Most research concentrates on designing calibration devices and measuring the values of the transfer impedance. However, they all do not carry out theoretical study on transfer impedance. In this paper, the equivalent circuit of the signal detection system of the probe was established based on a transformer model. Furthermore, the expression of transfer impedance was derived from the equivalent circuit. The curve shape of transfer impedance obtained from this study has a good agreement with the measured ones. This fact validates the equivalent circuit and the theoretical formula. Subsequently, influence on the value of transfer impedance was analyzed based on the expression with change of some parameters, e.g., turns of coil winding, dimension of ferrite core, permeability of ferrite core, distributed capacitance. The result gained from the above analysis will provide guidance on the design and application of the plane current probe.
