Abstract: In line structured light three-dimensional measurement systems, the position of shifted light in the structure light image reflects the three-dimensional profile information of the object. In this paper, according to the characteristics of structured light image, a approach of separating shifted pixels is proposed, and successfully extracts structured light image two-dimensional data with related mathematical methods, which contributes to the foundation for structured light three-dimensional reconstruction of three-dimensional measurement system work.

Abstract: The measurement of body contours grating fringe projection technology is the three-dimensional measurement of a hotspot. Basic principle is to be tested based on grating projection three-dimensional object shape; key technology is to enable the generation of sinusoidal grating projection stripes projected onto the measured object. Theoretical sinusoidal intensity stripes should be a phase grating, but such grating is difficult and costly. Therefore, this paper structure of smooth three-dimensional measurement system, the core scanning devices-grating, through the characterization method to design a production, and enable it to project a stripe of light intensity by the sine distribution is given the experimental results. From the start of the study to refine and perfect the final three stages, each stage is accompanied by a large number of experiments. Using Fresnel-Kirchhoff formula. The overall structure of the grating design and the gradual improvement,Achieved good results, And proposed future research ideas and program,Also gives the experimental data and results.

Abstract: A novel multiaperture connection method for three-dimensional shape measurement is presented. The principle of multiaperture method is to obtain subapertures relative location and orientation by measuring the object from different subapertures, and afterwards connecting them together. Rrotation and transformation of subapertures are the key problems to realize multiaperture connection. In order to improve calculability and efficiency of the connection algorithm, a new connection method using quaternion is proposed. The mathematic model of multiaperture connection associated with our proposed method is discussed, and the experimental measurement on the basis of digital grating projection system is carried out to demonstrate the validity of this suggested method. Compared with the conventional connection method, this method offers with such advantages as computational simplicity, high efficiency and reasonable accuracy.

Abstract: It is very important to measure a grinding wheel surface topography. Therefore a three dimensional measurement system of grinding wheel surface with image processing has been proposed. This system can evaluate a variety of the wheel surface topographies. For example, a histogram of the area or the shape of cutting edges and the distribution map of every shape of cutting edges were obtained. In this paper, a three dimensional model of the cutting edges and a correlation between the state of the wheel surface and grinding mark on the workpiece are reported and the effectiveness is evaluated through an experiment.

Abstract: Grinding process is a very efficient machining technology because innumerable abrasive grains are fixed on the surface of grinding wheel. Especially, the distribution and shape of cutting edges which directly affect grinding process have a big influence on accuracy. Thus, it is very important to measure a wheel surface topography from a viewpoint of evaluating the wheel life and the performance and a relation between the one and the roughness. In this study, a three-dimensional measurement system of a grinding wheel surface with image processing is developed. In this system, the distribution and height of cutting edges are analyzed because only cutting edges can be selected from among all abrasive grains.

Abstract: RFID has been applied extensively, but there is no an effective method to measure the electromagnetic distribution above the reader. In order to give the accurate value of the electromagnetic field, a three-dimensional automatic measurements system is designed. Both theoretic simulation and experimental measurements have shown that the system will play an important role in RFID technology.
