Abstract: This paper presents a study in the field of modelling the dynamics of spherical elements. The results obtained indicate the successful use of the discrete element method (DEM) as a numerical tool for analysing the behaviour of the system studied with the help of spheres. The results are based on the importance of correct consideration of the boundary conditions for the spheres, which determine the key aspects of modelling with the developed three-dimensional model. The developed model solves a number of important tasks, expanding the field of scientific research. Firstly, it allows studying the main parameters of the formation of a heterogeneous medium by analysing the compaction of spherical elements in different media. Next, the three-dimensional model is used to study the process of changing the structure of a heterogeneous medium from a static to an oscillatory state, which allows for a deeper understanding of this process. By modelling the mathematical behaviour of spherical elements under the influence of external and additional factors, a detailed understanding of their dynamics and contact interaction can be obtained. The application of the developed model to analyse the contact interaction of spherical elements in heterogeneous media allows predicting the main parameters of spheres and their heterogeneous environment with a reliable accuracy of up to ±1 %. It should be noted that the results obtained on the basis of the three-dimensional model are effective and indicate a number of practical applications in various fields.

Abstract: The article deals with the mathematical modeling of propagation in the near and far zones of impurities formed during man-made accidents. A three-dimensional numerical model for the propagation of impurities from a powerful source is developed. Meteorological parameters allow for more detailed investigation of air and soil pollution in the mesoscale region. The numerical analysis of the propagation of harmful impurities in the mountain-steppe zone is performed. Three-dimensional data on the concentration of pollutants in the air at different times is obtained. The washout of impurities by clouds and precipitation was taken into account. The characteristics of air pollution and the underlying surface at distances up to 200 km from the sources are determined. The calculations used meteorological parameters of the atmosphere, typical for warm and cold periods of the year in the main geographical areas of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic from mountainous to steppe.

Abstract: Concrete was considered as a three-component composite material consisting of mortar matrix, coarse aggregates and interfacial transition zones (ITZ) at the mesoscale level. Based on the random accumulation model of spherical aggregates, a mesoscale geometric model was developed after discretizing the mortar matrix and ITZ into mesh elements using Voronoi diagram method. Combined with the third boundary condition, a mesoscale three-dimensional model to simulate the moisture transport process in concrete exposed to atmosphere environment was then developed using finite difference numerical method, where the transport of liquid water and water vapor were considered as permeation and diffusion respectively. Moreover, the model was verified and then applied to investigate the influence of ITZ on the distribution of relative humidity in concrete. The results indicated that the moisture transport process was overall accelerated since blocking effect of coarse aggregates was partially counteracted by the existence of ITZ.

Abstract: Abstract. The horizontal displacement of soil in slope and the change law of ground surface settlement are dynamically analyzed by building three dimensional-model of foundation pit with the finite element software, ABAQUS, to simulate the construction process of excavation and support, to figure out the influence of micro pile and waterproof curtain on composite soil nailing wall. The study indicates that mechanical model of soil nailing, waterproof curtain, micro pile, pre-stressed anchor interacting with soil can better simulate the construction process of composite soil nailing wall support and have higher calculation accuracy. The calculation can provide a reference for the design and construction of composite soil nailing wall.

Abstract: During animation design process, when the overlap of animation graphics is overtopping, inaccurate three-dimensional feature points appear in the established model, which resulting in low fidelity of model. For this drawbacks, a three-dimensional reality animation design modeling based on an optimization algorithm of animation modeling fidelity is proposed. Triangle refinement method is utilized to refine feature points distributed disorderly in the three-dimensional animation model, so as to obtain a three-dimensional animation composed of triangles, according to the method of calculating the intersection of intersecting triangles, optimal triangles can be achieved, i.e. the new three-dimensional coordinate points are acquired. Afterwards, two-dimensional coordinate calculation is processed for the new added points to get the exact coordinates of the point in the three-dimensional animation model, eventually obtain a three-dimensional animation model with high degree of fidelity.

Abstract: To solve the problem it is difficult to accurately measure the curve surface, the forming mechanism of reverse engineering modeling approach is studied. Using the non-contact measurement of laser scanner, the point cloud data of the compression molding bodies is obtained, and it is introduced into the three-dimensional software CATIA to generate 3D model according to the molding processing point cloud and compression molding mechanism. In the last to generate the complete engineering drawings. Comparing the traditional design method, the method is mainly used for 3D parts reconstruction and design in surface shape is difficult to accurately expressed or unknown component shape design methods.

Abstract: This paper establishes the two-dimensional model, three-dimensional simplified model and three-dimensional of the single-screw pump stators ,and accomplishes their displacement and stress analysis in even pressure inside the stator using ANSYS software. This paper analyzes the comparison results of the combined displacement, equivalent stress and shear stress cloud in the XY plane of single screw pump stator’s three different models. The results manifest the significant differences of the three models for finite element analysis. This study validates that finite element analysis of three-dimensional model leads closer to the true situation.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and operation of ring die fuel pellet machine, and proposed to optimize the key parts. Determine the reasonable number of roller on the theory of fatigue damage after drawing up the related design parameters of ring die and the roller, a three-dimensional model of the link mold pellet machine is established using Pro/E soft-ware, and transferred the model into ADAMS software through Mech/Pro which dedicated interface software, then used ADAMS to make a dynamics simulation. Through calculation, the stress amplitude impact on the ring die and the Energy consumption per unit output are smallest when roller number is four. So, ring die service life and equipment production efficiency can be improved effectively through setting up reasonable roller number. Abstract: Derrick supported by inner suspension and inner backstay group tower is a construction technique commonly used in the construction of overhead transmission lines, the locale sketch and construction technique are complex, and not conducive to the analysis of the key construction and improve the level of decision-making. Through analysis assembly tower construction technology of derrick supported by inner suspension and inner backstay, using engineering visualization design software 3ds Max, the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the tower, the pole, tackle. According to the construction process for dynamic visual simulation, accurate image show the complexity of the construction process. Visual simulation provides an intuitive basis for the construction organization design and construction scheme optimization; enhance the level of construction management.
