Abstract: The paper presents a structural analysis of the complex mechanisms type screw-jack. The mechanism mobilityanalysis using various generally applicable formulas has been performed. A newkinematic scheme of the jack linkage has been proposed. Besides the actuatorscrew, it has a planar kinematic chain with articulated bars. With regard tothis new mechanism, an algorithm for static calculus has been developed, inwhich the automobile gravity force is the main exterior force.

Abstract: In recent years, high speed railway stations rapidly increase, and the effect of high-speed railway stations on social and economic appears gradually. The prediction of the influence has become a research focus in the social and economic theory. In this paper, based on the study of accessibility, the influence of high speed railway station to the accessibility of each regional is analyzed, and a dynamic model of the influence of high-speed railway station is built on the correlation of the accessibility and economic development, which forecast the influence of the high speed railway station in Beijing-shanghai. On the basis of prediction, this paper also discuss the correlated factors about the influence changes of high speed railway station, the result prove that the topology structure of high-speed railway line has significant contact with the influence changes of the station.

Then we discuss neighborhood structure based on abstract rough set structure and general topological structure T, and research approximate reasoning problems.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a more abstract description of rough set H in the most commonly topological structure in spite of the restriction of equivalence relation R, and the restriction of special topological space induced by R – space. Then we found rough logic based on topological structure T, introduce rough match function O and rough match neighborhood group. Grounded on this, we introduce approximate reasoning match model under the framework of rough logic, simple approximate reasoning model, type VI upper rough algorithm and type VI lower rough algorithm of simple approximate reasoning.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design method to construct the geospatial database for the China - Kazakhstan tourism resources information system, especially focuses on the design of the relational database structure for transportation network analysis. By expressing the logical structure of graph theory as four relational database tables, i.e. junction table, edge table, junction-edge connectivity table, and turning table, this topological structure can effectively express urban roads and inter-city roads within a relatively larger area and build complicated road networks, and it also can be applied to the shortest path analysis on different spatial scales.

Abstract: Fingerprint image feature extraction is a critical step to fingerprint recognition system, which studies topological structure, mathematical model and extraction algorithm of fingerprint feature. This paper presents system design and realization of feature extraction algorithm for fingerprint image. On the basis of fingerprint skeleton image, feature points including ending points, bifurcation points and singular points are extracted at first. Then false feature points are detected and eliminated by the violent changes of ambient orientation field. True feature points are marked at last. Test result shows that the method presented has good accuracy, quick speed and strong robustness for realtime application.

Abstract: Road traffic is the most widely used for transport security, which have the significant disaster vulnerability. It often becomes the weak link when the evacuation and rescue. MapX is an ActiveX control product with powerful map analysis functions offered by MapInfo Company. Because it does not support the topology of spatial data, the shortest path analysis has become a hot potato for users to develop application systems. In this paper, several key technologies to establish topology structure of road network based on MapX are discussed. On the base, an algorithm for finding the shortest path in post-disaster road network is presented, and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more practical and effective. At last, a brief conclusion as well as the expectation for the further study is made.

Abstract: The design for a double-axis double-rest CNC machining center is introduced by describing its key machine elements and machine tool design procedures. Then based on the theory of the multi-body system, the modeling process of the volumetric error model for the CNC machining center is expatiated and the result of the modeling is given. It is verified that the error of the machine tool is from three line error and three angular errors between structural units as well as the vertical error between axes. Finally experiments are carried out to evaluate the machining performance of this designed machine tool.

Abstract: Staff line removal is a key step before segmentation and recognition of music image and plays an important role in OMR (Optical Music Recognition) research, the result of staff line removal directly influences the performance and function of the whole OMR system. However, over-removal and under-removal often occurs in the processing and leads to the low efficiency of music recognition rate. So, in order to solve the arduous problem, an approach based on run-length graph slice and topological structure of music is put forward by careful analysis of staff line and music notation structure. Experience results show the validity and practicality of the presented algorithm fast and effectively.

Abstract: Network fault location is the premise of fault repair. Event correlation technique is an important fault location strategy which has its own advantages, but this technique also has some defects. Automatic fault location has not been realized and it worthy further study. This paper proposes a fault location method based on event correlation and realizes a network fault location system, which uses the relationship of topological structure of network node to generate fault correlation graph and the adjacency matrix, and through the fault correlation algorithm to locate the sources of faults. At the same time, the fault data is stored in case retrieval library for next network fault location, the system improves network fault locating speed and reduces workload of network management.
