Abstract: This paper describes the high speed and the cost effective of the general purpose industrial control system named as Programmable controller for industrial automation (PCIA). It is a replacement of expensive controllers/ PLCs that are used in industries for automation purpose. PCIA is real-time power efficient and reliable controller with a facility of data acquisition and monitoring on its touch screen using interfacing module. This control system can automate any type of industrial machinery and processes. The core element of PCIA is programmable AVR (Advance Virtual RISC) microcontroller which controls each and every action of Programmable controller for industrial automation. It compromises of nine different modules CPU, HMI, digital input, digital output, analog input, analog output, thermocouple module and power supply modules. The software of PCIA is written in C language. Special circuitries are used in power supply and other modules are also used to protect the system from different industrial noises.

Abstract: This study aims to design a two-stage sliding function. First, plural function instructions are grouped into a functional classification, and a sliding operation is divided into anterior sliding and posterior sliding. Anterior sliding selects the functional classification, which contains the function instructions, while posterior sliding selects the function instruction to be executed. The operation and application of a sliding gesture to the smart phone and tablet PC can be greatly expanded by this design.

Abstract: Capacitance induction makes touch technology become more intuitive, can detect multiple fingers and at the same time to recognize gestures. This paper will introduce basic principle of capacitance induction and capacitance sensing technology in automotive applications. In this article introduces the structure of multi-touch screen and internal operations will be discussed after multi-touch induction to the change of human-machine interface (HMI).

Abstract: Aiming at the energy waste problem in the modern hotel, hotel intelligent control system applied the PAC, internet communication, touch screen and on-scene communication technology, combined with human-based management mode. Practices substantiate that the system is safe and reliable, presenting good man-machine interactivity, reducing the energy consumption and costs, improving the market competitiveness of the hotel.Modern hotel should the clean production, energy resources’ saving, which is also an important step of environment protection that has been repeatedly asserted. Hotel is a typical representative as for energy consumption. It is estimated that the power consumption in a medium-sized (300 rooms) star hotel open for business, runs up to 500 to 700 KWH annually [1]. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy conservation in hotel. "Intelligent hotel energy conservation and environmental protection control system" is built around the concept of energy-saving and consumption reducing. Meanwhile, it surrounds three themes: utilization of new energy, energy efficiency, environment protection. It cherishes an comprehensive modern facility, which include central air-conditioning, boilers, water cycle, lights, intelligent garage and all the installation deserved. Its study is a prospective and practical one.

Abstract: The control system of the spring tension and compression testing machine is designed based on STM32 processor and touch screen. The signal of the pull-pressure sensor after conditioning is conversed by the 24bit A/D converter. The signal is operated real-timely with the encoder data, the setting value of the touch screen and the condition of the keys. The results are stored in the SD card. While the results are displayed on the touch screen. The anti-interference capability of the system is improved by the hardware and software anti-interference design. The reason of the measurement results smaller than the theoretical value is analyzed according to the tests results used of the calibration texting machines. Two aspects of the measures have been proposed to improve the measurement accuracy, including improving hardware stiffness and introducing distortion compensation amount.

Abstract: The system test results show that the system modules can run normally. When light detection circuit, pyroelectric infrared sensor detects information, microcontroller will drive the relay open the light, or shut down. In the window, the motor can work normally, can automatically control the curtain, in the ZigBee information transmission, can to control the power supply and remind. DT11 indoor temperature and humidity sensor detection, can work normally. Through repeated tests, HOLTEK microcontroller based ZigBee smart classroom lighting control system is developed.

Abstract: The design of control system is composed of scheme, components, hardware equipment and software structure in continuous grinding machine for working stone slabs based on PLC, CCD camera and touch screen in the paper. Switch between manual control and autocontrol of grinding machine is realized through information acquisition from CCD camera, communication between PLC and touch screen. The electrical control measure of PLC is designed to substitue the traditional control circuit in order to realize non-contacting control. Control system of continuous grinding machine for working stone slabs is composed of the signal acquisition system, PLC and touch screen. The control system of grinding machine is more advanced and reliable, meanwhile production efficiency will be improved greatly.

Abstract: The paper presents the design and application of the beverage automatic filling system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and MP277 touch screen. Photoelectric sensor was used to precisely detect positions of the beverage bottle, which it arrives the fixed position, servo motor will control it stop. The Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed by the software of Siemens STEP 7 5.4. Touch Screen was designed by the software of WinCC Flexible 2008, which it and PLC communicated by DP lines. The beverage automatic filling system can real-time display the state and set up the parameters of the object. It was proved by practice that beverage automatic filling system reduces labor intensity and operational cost, increases automation degree, and improves production efficiency.

Abstract: Designed a positioning, welding and reset automatic control system based on stepping motor, PLC, touch screen. Welding torch is positioned through the photoelectric switch. PLC controls stepping motor running and welding torch starting arc and ending arc. Communication between the touch screen and PLC improves the efficiency of the system and achieves the girth automation welding process.
