Abstract: This paper deals with securing radioactive source by continuously monitoring system, which is made of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) reader and tags respectively. The RFID tags that are attached to the transport packages can send information at preset interval, to reader mounted in the cargo bay of the transport vehicle. When an alarm state is encountered by any of the sensors in the tag, the location information of the item using GPS is promptly sent to the monitoring center via the GPRS network. The experiments show that the real-time tracking system is an important prerequisite for ensuring safety of radioactive source in transport.

Abstract: Solar energy density is low, only in the light of the sun vertical to irradiate on the solar battery board, can maximum efficiency in the use of solar energy. The existing technology of solar tracking apparatus is tracking of single direction of the sun, solar energy utilization efficiency of the bottom, this paper studies a suitable technology to track to track the sun in full range, with its the automatic judgment of real-time tracking solar irradiation intensity. Abstract: Passenger traffic volume is an indispensable data in the management and decision-making of large business, chain enterprises, cultural exhibitions, store sales, public safety and other public places. As an important means of market research, it can provide accurate and timely reference data for large institutions, enterprises operational decisions and integrated management. The system characteristics of industries, using a single camera for vertical shooting ways to monitor counting area. In this paper we studied the implementation method of some common traffic statistics system and key technologies involved, and design video-based traffic statistics system which has high performance and practical value.

Abstract: This document describes the architecture of a tracking system with two degrees of freedom (pan and tilt), endowed with artificial vision to follow the path of a moving object. The mechanism with a fixed base was designed to cover lateral and vertical ranges of movement, similar to the visual field in humans, limiting its depth by the resolution of the camera. The object that defines the motion path presents color uniformity across its surface, becoming the main feature in which the recognition and tracking algorithm were based. The tracking is performed by reducing the error between the object position and the reference axis of the camera. Several tests were carried out to evaluate the control and visual systems and to illustrate the behavior of the proposed methods.

Abstract: With development of information technology and network technique, as information media micro-blog becomes more and more important. Micro-blog is noted for preeminent simple, convenient and interactivity. However with the help of micro-blog, fake information is rampant increasingly. The public opinion analysis of micro-blog data allows of no delay. This paper explicates the features of micro-blog text, and then describes text information extraction technology such as top detection, tracking in detail. The outcomes of information extraction can inform government department spot of internet public opinion in real time.

Abstract: The paper presents a synergistic approach for height tracking within a blast furnace (BF). The Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar has been employed to measure the height and surface profile of the burden surface. However the radar signal is easily disturbed, by the radar anomalies, during the process of continuous measurement. The data from rotating chute and charging switch provide information on contextual relevance with radar anomalies. An anomaly detection models has been developed to increase the measurement accuracy by utilizing contextual information. The approach has been validated on real BF. The root mean squared (RMS) error in the measured height is reduced by 17% when using the proposed approach compared to the case without it. The results suggest that the proposed approach successfully adapts to changes in the pattern and characteristics of the burden surface.

Abstract: In this paper, a new framework for tracking non-rigid objects is introduced. By spatially masking the target with an isotropic kernel, a spatially smooth similarity function can be defined, and the target localization problem is then reduced to a search in the basin of attraction of this function. The smoothness of the similarity function allows for the application of a gradient optimization method by adopting a background weighted histogram. The proposed approach is effective for detecting objects in complex background and occlusion. Experimental results using various test videos containing objects in motion with rotation and scale changes show us superb detection accuracy over the conventional method.

Abstract: In recent years, the technology of video surveillance, widely used in the coal industry, has become an important technical means in mine safety production and management. Movement monitoring of personnel and carrier is an important part in underground video monitoring and management. This paper firstly detects change region of moving targets through background subtraction and temporal difference. Detecting moving targets through binarization and morphological filtering, thus personnel and carrier are identified combining with shape feature and texture. The rest of this paper puts forward an improved particle filter method to recognize and track multiple moving targets. Lastly this paper gives an underground video example to monitor the underground video. The result of this paper shows that this method has great significance for mine safety production.

Abstract: The 3G era, the smartphone market share is higher and higher. The mobile phone based on the Android platform accounts for more than half of the market share. Once the user lost the phone, it is not only hard to find, but also to face important data leak and privacy security issues. So, the demand to provide mobile phone found function appears increasingly urgent. If the mobile phone is lost, this platform can get information on replaced mobile phone SIM card to boot for the first time, and upload the new mobile phone number and current phone location information to the server. It provides users with inquiry function on the web in order to achieve the purpose of tracking the lost mobile phone. The application prospect of this study is widespread, not only limited to track the missing phone, also involves other position service in the life need. The relevant mobile localization algorithm is detailed in this paper.

Abstract: A new campus tracking system to solve the problem of campus thefts based on IoT is presented in this paper. The data of RFID tags was collected by FRID reader and transmitted over short distance by ZigBee. Then the data was transferred to PC, which was connected to ZigBee coordinator node and transferred to the user or administrator through campus network at last. The user or administrator landed tracking system to select items by the entrance guard system or not. Therefor valuables were ensured in security and the thief would be blocked. If the thief forced the goods out entrance guard system, Beidou navigation chip embedded objects would be opened, and goods would be tracked with the Beidou navigation system. Experimental results show that the system can manage campus valuables intelligently.
