Abstract: Aimed at the problem of data transmission in low speed, this paper employs a new system, which contains galvanometer, laser sensor, periphery and FPGA-the core of the system. Describe the working process of hardware and software design. Experiment shows that laser scanning frequency reaches 30 KHz, galvanometer triggering time is less than 300 ns and galvanometer works continuously.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of lane mark line identifying and tracking, this paper uses the LOG operator for edge enhancement, so the useful information is changed into straight lines and the useful feature is obvious. And the paper uses the algorithm of 2-D gray histogram to segment the image. Then it uses Hough transformation to identify the lane mark’s two edges and account its intercept and slope, then draws the midline as the final identifying result. Finally in order to reduce the count time, the paper uses the identifying results of the last frame image limit the current frame image recognition areas in tracking lane mark. The experiments results show that the lane mark can be tracking dependably and the algorithms are real-time, moreover, when the algorithm is failure, the system can also recover in time, and locks the tracking target accurately again.

Abstract: Recent years have observed the frequent occurrences of grave negative events. Along with the application and evolvement of Internet and new media, enthusiasms in distribution and discussing public opinion events have heightened. As the internet public opinion possesses the features of various topic, complex content and large amount data, the paper constructs an internet public opinion recognition and tracking based on web mining. Then the framework of the internet public opinion recognition and tracking system is presented. At last, it puts forward the whole workflow of the system to process the internet public opinion.

Abstract: Moving target detection and tracking simulation platform of two-dimensional translational and three axis turntable are used to target the screen drag and three-dimensional angle attitude simulation of the control problem in essence belongs to the electric servo control. In terms of the design of the servo control, motion control platform including hardware design, the control law design of the control system and software design. Detailed describes the motion platform of mathematical modeling, control circuit and the control law design, through simulation and experiment verify the validity of the motion platform control system.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design scheme of two-wheel self-balanced Intelligent Vehicle System. In hardware system, MCU module, angle detection module, motor drive module, laser path detection module, motor speed detection module, power modules and debugging modules are designed. Combined with PWM technology and PID control, speed of two DC motor is controlled, the dynamic self-balanced and fast tracking of the vehicle can be achieved well. The vehicle can be used as an experimental platform of automatic control system, and the feasibility and effectiveness of various control algorithms can be verified.

Abstract: This paper proposes a triple-loop trackingmethod for high-order binary-offset-carrier (BOC)modulated signals. We introduced the characteristics of high-order BOC signals, and then describedthe principle of the triple-loop tracking method, and outlined its framework. The proposed scheme isapplicable to both generic high-order sine- and cosine-phased BOC-modulated signals. The methodremoves the threats brought by the side-peaks ambiguities, while keeping the same sharp correlationof the main peak, thus, allowing for better tracking precision. Simulation results show the validity ofour method in improving the system tracking performances.

Abstract: This paper presents a layered and integrated approach to the SCC system in TT&C area. The SCC system is developed to encapsulate this approach. A four-layer hierarchy is proposed for the SCC system among the following layers: user agent layer, application process layer, lower layer services and support, and hardware. The SCC system includes nine functional components: monitoring and control, data display, command operation, data processing, data storage and management, orbit calculation and analysis, interface computer software, duplex management and time service. The SCC system is implemented as five functional subsystems: data processing system, database management system, operation and control system, and interface computer system. Details of the overall system architecture and the integration of the above components and subsystems are included in the paper.

Abstract: Vehicle Target Detection and Tracking Method Based on Image Super-Resolution Reconstruction and Variable Template Matching is Put Forward. Firstly, a Nonlinear Iterative Algorithm is Applied to Reconstruct a Super-Resolution Image from Low Resolution Image Sequence; then, the Image is Standardized and the Movement Areas are Determined; Finally, the Variable Template Matching Method is Used to Detect and Track the Vehicle Targets in Movement Areas. from the Characteristics of Algorithm and the Experiment Results, we can see that the Proposed Algorithm Improves the Matching Accuracy of Target Tracking and Better Solves the Limitation of Missed Detection for Traditional Methods. the Reason of the Good Performance of the Proposed Algorithm Relies in High Quality Images Acquired by Super-Resolution Reconstruction from Low Resolution Image Sequence and the Application of Variable Template Matching Method.

Abstract: According to features of detection, tracking and identification technology of weak moving targets in image process, the paper simply introduces its technical difficulties and mainly discusses the detection and tracking algorithm for the weak moving targets. In accordance with three steps including the image preprocessing, feature selection and target tracking, the paper designs images' detection and tracking recognition algorithm for the weak moving objects in strong noise background, and describes the specific execution methods and procedures, which has a certain significance to further improve image detection for the weak moving targets.
