Abstract: Based on the reform and practice in the curriculum of construction engineering in higher education, this study explores and obtains the “1-2-3-4” training mode of applied talents in Construction Engineering, from the aspects of the training target, teaching idea, curriculum, practice and training, through reform and optimization experiment on theoretical curriculum and practical curriculum system. This mode focuses on improving students' practical ability, and their comprehensive analysis and problem solving ability.

Abstract: The deviation between needs of enterprises and education of school existing for a long time, resulting in the phenomenon of the enterprise lacking talent, difficult employment of college students appeared in modern society. Abstract: This paper proposed the problem on how to improve professional degree graduate students’ engineering quality. Based on teaching practice, three kinds of reform measures are proposed. Firstly, change the curriculum system setting. And then establish interdisciplinary tutor team. Lastly, construct the practice base. In the engineering quality cultivation, highlight the practice ability training. By establishing variety practice platforms provided students practical engineering training environment. Through the above reform measures, enhanced students’ awareness of engineering and improved their engineering quality.
