Abstract: Vibration is a mechanical phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. The oscillation may be periods such as the motion of a pendulum or random such as the movement of tire on a gravel road. Vibration causes waste of energy and creates unwanted sound-noise. Monitoring such process generally possess a big problem especially for a system. The present traditional single resolution techniques could not solve this problem, coupled with the Fourier transform which seems to be one of the best method in analyzing and monitoring vibration in machineries or machinery components. This paper present a new algorithm using wavelet- packet based feature in classification of vibration signals. This study explores the feasibility of the wavelet packet transform as a tool in search for features that may be used in the detection and classification of machinery vibration signals. By formulating a systematic method of determining wavelet packet based features that exploit class specific differences among interested signals, which avoid human interaction. This new algorithm provide more effective method to achieve robust classification than traditional single resolution techniques. The new algorithm in wavelet transform techniques proved to be more efficient, better analysis, and provides better results with minimum error than any existing method.

Abstract: This paper presented a improved method of hash table, the algorithm based on transform and conquer, established a number of small-scale array, then imitated binary search processes and reduced the hash collision. Simulation results shows that , not only the continuous memory requirement is reduced greatly, but also that when the hash collisions occur, the searching efficiency is improved by an order of magnitude from O(n) to O(logn), the space utilization rate is also improved greatly.

Abstract: Normal sub-sentence is a common language phenomenon. The differences between Chinese and English normal sub-sentence make a transformation processing necessary in machine translation. This paper proposed a method to recognize and transform normal sub-sentences to improve their translation performance in patent machine translation. First, we created a dictionary based on HNC theory to recognize the normal sub-sentence. Then, we compared Chinese normal sub-sentences to English ones and summarized the transformation rules based on the comparison. At last, we applied the method to an existing machine translation to test the processing effect. The experiment results show that the method can effectively recognize and transform normal sub-sentences. The Blue of the translation is raised by about 7%.

Abstract: Remote sensing image fusion is an important branch in the field of image fusion. Remote sensing image fusion mainly researches how to use different aerial remote sensor to obtain relevant image information. In view of the present research status in this field and the full analysis of remote sensing image fusion method and wavelet transform, the paper aims at proposing the image fusion technology of combining discrete multiwavelet transform and HIS method, then the paper analyses the experimental results with the help of MATLAB. It is proved that the analysis method of wavelet has more advantages than traditional methods: Wavelet transform fusion method can keep maximized resolution and multispectral image.

Abstract: This paper introduces several methods in solving the wave equations for a loudspeaker. The separation of variables method is very common for solving constant coefficient linear partial differential problems. The finite difference method has been the main method of numerical computation in early work. The direct method is to formulate the boundary integral equation and can be solved using a direct time integration procedure. There are also some transform methods such as Fourier, Laplaces and wavelet transforms etc. to solve the wave equations. The retarded potential technique to solve the wave problems numerically was first used in the early 1960s. Since then, many authors have worked on the method and its applications.

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of transform has been given for an image that switches to a matrix. A Radar image is an RGB image. An RGB image is usually represented to three layers: Red, Green, and Blue. Each layer can be changed to a matrix. We give a way to transform the three layers to one matrix. All image information will be remained. According to this way, the hail cloud radar image had been transformed to a matrix. The information of hail will been remain in this matrix.

Abstract: During the course of practice of creation and design, we always attempt to emphasize the function of inspiration in innovation design. But when the inspiration is translated into products we usually meet these bottleneck problems, such as how the inspiration translates into design elements, how the design elements get utilized in concrete innovation products. And I am trying to put the inspiration elements, vision elements, design principle and the design techniques together with the examples which I have accumulated from the experience of real everyday work to provide a alternative access to innovation design.

Abstract: In this paper, the average equations are given through using the multi-scale approach method. By using the Melinkov function, the nonsingular linear transformation and the Poincaré map, the sufficient condition for existence of periodic solution of the nonlinear dynamical system about the FGM subjected to aero-thermal load is derived.
