Abstract: Occupancy and funding are crucial attributes of culture in predicting public housing transformation in Nigeria. The study investigates the implication of occupancy and funding as salient socio-economic factors of housing transformation. Questionnaire survey method was used to assess users’ experience which was analysed using statistical analysis with structural equation model (SEM). The result indicated a good model fit of occupancy and funding as socio-economic predictors that motivates residents’ housing adjustment decisions. Thus, the study recommends that socio-economic indices of occupancy and ease of funding future public housing adjustments can be considered by developers at the design stage.

Abstract: The influence of Mo and V contents on the microstructure and secondary hardening of 6Cr6W2MoV steel was studied in this paper, and the process factors and the transformation mechanism of the influence results were discussed by phase equilibrium thermodynamic analysis. The results show that, the microstructure of 6Cr6W2MoV steel is uniform and thin, in which the undissolved carbide size after quenching is 0.23μm. In the heating and cooling process of the annealing, the dissolution and precipitation of M23C6↔M6C carbides transformation can be used to carbides distributing uniform refinement. Adding an overmany Mo content will lead to coarsening of carbide particles due to small amplitude of M23C6↔M6C transformation. Adding an overmany V content will appear a small of the bulk MC carbide on the crystallization, so the heterogeneity of carbides is increasing. The tempering hardness of 6Cr6W2MoV steel is 63.5HRC, and when adding an overmany Mo content the maximal hardness arrives to 65HRC. Adding Mo changes the carbide composing, it is conducive to the variety of carbides precipitation strengthening near intermediate temperature and the tempering hardness increasing. When adding an overmany V content the more MC carbide well occupy more amount of C, the tempering temperature dispersion increases too, so the tempering hardness debases deservedly and the highest hardness only reaches HRC60.5.

Abstract: The processing of austenite catalytic cryogenic treatment of two components of Cr-W-Mo-V high alloy medium-upper carbon steels and the effect on the retained austenite transformation and tempering hardness were studied in this paper. The results show that, the effect of austenite catalytic cryogenic treatment of Cr-W-Mo-V high alloy medium-upper carbon steel is better than that of direct cryogenic treatment after quenching, and the content of residual austenite reduced to below 5%, and the hardness improved by 1.5HRC than that of conventional quenching and tempering. The retained austenite catalytic temperature of Cr-W-Mo-V high alloy medium-upper carbon steel merely is higher than 10°C~20°C of the temperature for the highest tempering hardness. Catalytic temperature Tc can be determined by experimental method of conventional quenching and tempering of the steel, in which the microstructure feature is precipitation of M3C carbide particle of 0.01μm~0.03μm in martensite matrix, and the content of retained austenite decreases evidently. By cryogenic treatment after the austenite catalyzed the retained austenite of quenching are transformed into more martensite, and in the subsequent tempering processing the original quenching martensite and the martensite from retained austenite transformation almost will form synchronous precipitation hardening. Thus the tempering hardness improves evidently as well.

Abstract: Based on the systematic fieldwork and the sampling of soil and corn, this paper studied the geochemical characteristic and the characteristic of total and available Ni in black soil and corn and the effects on them by the geochemical methods and SPSS software. The aim was to show the characteristic of Ni transformation and accumulation through soil-crop continuum and the influencing factors for food security. The results showed that total Ni in black soil of Jilin Province are above Jilin and national background level, the content of Ni is keeping the natural background in black soil in Jilin province. The influence of human activities in this district till now is comparatively less. The transformation degree of available Ni is relatively high. The degree of Ni accumulation in corn is low. The total Ni in soil have controlled effect on the available Ni, and the total Cu, Cr, Zn and the available Cr play a significant role in Ni transformation. The slight acid soil is better for Ni transformation and accumulation.

Abstract: As Zibo power plant original steam pipes for a long time to run, the strength decreased and resistance was large, transformation was proposed to optimize. A mathematical model of the main steam pipe network was established to analysis changes of temperature, pressure and velocity vector before and after transformation. After transformation, the loss was significantly reduced,so transformation successfully achieve the optimization, adjustment and analysis functions of the main steam pipe network.

Abstract: Resources-exhausted cities in China have made momentous contributions to the development of the national economy for decades. with the depletion of natural resources, environment worsening, unemployment rate increasing , their sustainable development is challenging and transition is important. It is necessary to carry out countermeasures innovations to realize the successful transformation of resource-exhausted cities. This article through deeply analysing the root causes of dilemma which Chinese resource-exhausted faced and study on successful transformation experience of Kyushu, Ruhr, Lorraine, proposed the countermeasures for resource exhausted cities’ sustainable development from three aspects of legislation guarantee, policies support and economy transformation.

Abstract: Resource-based cities in China are numerous, special urban formation mechanism and industrial structure make the resource-based cities to present unique urban spatial structure. Taking Pingdingshan (coal resource-based city) as an example, this article puts forward the corresponding spatial structure optimization strategy for the city's transformation and sustainable development by researching the city's spatial structure evolution, development characteristics and existing problems, and hopes to provide the experience of space structure adjustment and optimization for the similar resource-based cities, and then promotes the implementation of the resource-based cities' transformation and sustainable development in China.

Abstract: The CCT curve of a C-Si-Mn steel was investigated. The hot simulation tests at different cooling rates were conducted on Gleeble-1500 simulator and microstructures were observed. Based on transformation temperatures recorded by dilation curves and microstructures, the CCT curve diagram for tested steel was plotted. The effects of cooling rate on microstructure and transformation temperature were studied. The results provide the theoretical basis for determination of hot processing and heat treatment technology of C-Si-Mn steels.

Abstract: Analyze the stress mechanism of micro-pile and existing mechanism, and come up with the analytic method of pile-soil-(foundation) pile cap interaction grounded upon penetration deformation of pile ends and compression of soil between piles. Hyperbolic model is adopted to simulate the development of tip resistance and side resistance in accordance with deformation to reflect the nonlinearity of pile-soil work, Boussinesq solution is utilized to calculate the stresses generated in soil by foundation (pile cap) plate, Mindlin stress solution is used to calculate the stress produced in the soil between piles by side resistance and end resistance, and the stress of soil is the superposition of the two solutions. Through iterative calculation analytic program RTLOAD for the sharing ratio of a single pile is compiled through VC++.
