Abstract: At present, the research of the relationship of capital structure with enterprise value has always been a hot issue in business circles and theoretical cycle. Since the relationship of capital structure with value is different in different industries, distinguishing the industry has practical significance for deeply study. This paper has made empirical research of enterprise value and capital structure with 29 marketing enterprises in our country transportation industry as the samples. The research indicated that there is positively relationship between listed company’s capital and enterprise value in our country transportation.

Abstract: To meet the demands of data exchange and data sharing in informatization of transportation industry, and to eliminate of information islands, it analyzes the problems in construction of transportation informatization and presents cascade structure of data center in one province, designs general framework of provincial transportation data center aiming at industry management and business application in this paper. In this framework, it uses enterprise service bus (ESB) to realize the coordination in different industries and internal coordination in transport industry, and uses business intelligence (BI) to realize intelligent analysis in transportation industry, which provides reliable basic support for process integration and application.

Abstract: Transportation industry is an important field to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Scenario analysis of transportation industry can provide theoretical support to the formulation and implementation of carbon emissions reduction policy. In view of this, The transportation industry of Jiangxi province will be given into four departments including civil aviation, railways, highways and waterways, and it was used the LEAP model to set three scenarios in the different application of economic development mode and different traffic development mode, then forecasted the main carbon emissions of Jiangxi transportation industry in 2010-2030, and analyzed the result of forecasting. It shown that the way to ease the nervous energy supply and the pressure of carbon emissions, and achieve the sustainable development of energy and the environment, must be set the four departments of reasonable transportation distribution under the condition of different energy sources, and increase the scope of using the new energy and renewable energy.
