Abstract: The cloud computing can allocate computer resources according to customers different demand dynamic status, which has improved the calculation efficiency, and saved the cost of hardware. This paper establishes the 3D mathematical model of data programming tool radius compensation system, and gets the tool radius compensation control equation according to the interpolation function. It designs the tool radius compensation discrimination system with the combination of UG software. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the system, the paper takes the processing process of leaf as an example to design the tool radius compensation algorithm, and the compensation deviation has been made numerical simulation, which has obtained error compensation curve and tool radius compensation parameter table. It can obtain reasonable tool compensation cutter and cycle according to the input of tool parameters, which provides technical support for the research of numerical control (NC) machining technology.

Abstract: Based on the fuzzy control cluster algorithm, we establish the modern charm mathematical model of traditional toys with UG software, and design the 3D reconstruction system of traditional folk toys through program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, we use the UG software to do 3D reconstruction simulation on the modern charm of traditional toys, and obtain the 3D key point capture graph. Through the key point we construct 3D key line of toys. From the statistics of performance, the maximum frequency of key point reconstruction is up to 8500 times /s, which has good performance. Finally, through the UG 3D reconstruction we get the modern fashion reconstruction design for traditional toy, which provides the technical reference for the study of traditional folk toys.

Abstract: In the design process of products, modern design technology pays more attention to the application of space art. As the rising of software design technology, using the computer to design process and optimize is widely used in the development of product and packaging. In this paper, we use the UG design software to do two-time development on software based on UG-NX platform, and use UG/API to connect space design system MySQL, which realizes the space art computer processing technology of modern design. Finally, using the design of casting products as an example, we use UG software to develop mechanical process flow, and design 3D model of product, and use MySQL database to optimize the model. It provides the technical reference for the study of art space in modern design.

Abstract: Computer numerical modeling is the first step of virtual simulation, but for many models, numerical modeling process is very complex, the workload is huge, we must adopt corresponding algorithm to optimize modeling process. In this paper we introduce the idea of computer PCA in the finite element modeling process, and establish finite element partial differential equation of PCA, which greatly reduces the complexity of the modeling process. We establish a complex cam model by UG software, and verify the reliability of the model and algorithm. At the end of this paper, we apply the finite element computer PCA analysis method to the evaluate sports resources, and establish a new type of city sports resources weight ratio model for Pan Yang Hu area, and obtain the characteristic response curve. It provides computer technology support for the new city sports resources construction and evaluation process.

Abstract: In this paper, for the large scale production demand of waveform spring, it combines UG advantage of complex surface modeling and computer numerical control (CNC) machining, uses this way of surface modeling method of bicubic B-spline to establish the stamping die geometry model for the need of waveform spring production. And from a process point of view, it analyzes the key issues of die CNC machining to achieve the selection of optimal small tool radius, tool path rational planning and rough finishing parameters set. The application results show that: the shape precision of die surface could meet the design requirements and could achieve the precision stamping of waveform spring.

Abstract: Fortunately recent years the developments of CAD/CAE technique in the mold industry have been obtained great progress and large-scale application due to its low-cost, high-efficient, all-position and all-procedure parameters designing and simulation function. According to the structural characteristics of the Rubik's cube center shaft, using Moldflow software to analyze and simulate the injection molding process, including gate location, filling, cooling and warping. Through comparison analysis under different conditions of injection molding process, the optimum technological parameter is determined. Finally, UG software is used to build up the model of injection mold.

Abstract: This paper firstly established a mathematical model, and then analyzed on the force characteristics according to the mathematical model of engine connecting rod.Then the automobile engine connecting rod was analyzed by the use of three-dimensional Unigraphics (UG )software.By comparative analysis on the data obtained from experiment and the data caculated by mathematical model ,we obtained the most precise force condition,whch finally provided theoretical basis for the research on the force of the connecting rod in an automobile engine.

Abstract: To improve the design of complex curved parts and the shortage of reading two-dimensional drawings. This paper explicitly discussed modeling the bottom of a bottle by enhanced modeling and rendering techniques of CAD/CAM. Established the bottom with freeform surfaces in UG to solve the problem of design a part with freeform surfaces, and rendered the bottom of the bottle to express the result of three-dimensional stereoscopic of a part with freeform surfaces. Rendering is setting the material and texture for the model, and then adding lights and setting the background, etc to help solving the problem of identifying a part with freeform surfaces. Finally, we got the features of UG, the advancement, applicability of CAD/CAM and the necessity of expanding it.
