Abstract: To solve the intelligent locomotive can be turn around precisely on the preset orbit by others, It has the ability to identify the environment accurately, such as surrounding temperature, solid distance and color, the humidity of the environment and so on.Combined with the price, A method is proposed by using STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core control of the intelligent vehicle.We use the infrared tube module tracking black track, it can turn 90 degrees or 360 degrees precisely when it track to a positioning point. To accurately detect point target by adopting the temperature detection module, ultrasonic distance measuring module, a color recognition module, humidity detection module, it can be real time display data by LCD module 12864,it can be reach the end of accurate parking .The experimental results show that it completely meets the requirements, This method is simple, accurate and efficient.

Abstract: This article firstly introduces the ultrasonic TOFD (Time-of-flight - Diffraction) detection technology of detection principle, advantages and disadvantages, and then summarizes the ultrasonic TOFD technique related testing standard, finally combining the reality of tube mill, analyses the pipe material testing near the surface of the blind area and radian impact problems, discusses the ultrasonic TOFD in application prospect in the field of thick wall tube welding seam detection.

Abstract: The investigation of suitable steels for sonotrode tool applications was performed. In this case in addition to good sonotrode properties (good transmission of ultrasonic energy, resistance to gigacycle fatigue) the material ought to meet also the tool properties (high hardness and wear resistance). The study was focused on tool steels, which are relatively cheaper than the currently best sonotrode tool material FerroTitanit cermet, and better than usual sonotrode materials AW 7075 aluminum alloy and titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. The suitability of steels for this purpose was evaluated by measuring the ultrasound energy transmission at a frequency of 30 kHz.

Abstract: An ultra-high-speed and high-accuracy charge-coupled device (CCD) laser displacement sensor is used to track and measure the ultrasonic vibration in real time. A series of Matlab programs are developed to filter noise from original data. The ultrasonic vibration frequency and period are evaluated and the ultrasonic amplitude is measured within accuracy ±0.1 μm. Effect of the ultrasonic power on the ultrasonic amplitude is also studied.

It introduces a review of the current state-of-the-art in NDT of railways coupled with a discussion of future developments and new detection approach in the field. It also presents some recent works on laser-EMAT testing in Shandong Academy of Sciences.

Abstract: The purpose of this work was to study coating process of high dispersion silver particles on short single-walled carbon nanotubes (Short-SWCNTs) by electroless plating method with an assistance of ultrasonic agitation. The silver-coated carbon nanotubes were prepared and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). The results revealed that silver particles with average sizes of 42±0.006 nm, 58±0.008 nm and 59±0.005 nm were achieved using ultrasonic-assisted electroless plating time of 15 min, 30 min and 45 min, respectively. The silver particle size was increased with increasing electroless plating time. Besides, the ultrasonic agitation promoted well dispersion and homogeneity of silver particles on the surface of carbon nanotubes.

Abstract: In order to solve slower testing and lower degree of electronic information in current college entrance physical examination, we designed a basketball goal automatic detector. The designed system consists of single chip microcomputers, ultrasonic and infrared sensors. In this system, the basketball goal can be automatically detected and correctly judged by using ultrasonic sensors installed in the backboard and infrared sensors installed in the basket. The results are displayed in LED via RS485, and at the same time, sent to the upper computer via RS232. Experimental results showed that, compared to the existing systems, the designed system's installing restricts reduced. Enhancing objectivity, reducing labor costs, and more fairness were achieved by using this system.

Abstract: In this paper the optimized design of ultrasonic metal welding transducer has been done by using the finite element analysis method and the Screwing torque test. The converter part, boost part and horn part are all taken into account here. The p-wave propagation on the face and s-wave on the flange are approved primely. With the binding force changes, the mechanical Q value of transducer changes also followed. Therefore the amplitude of the output energy will be affected. Through the experiment the optimal design of the Screwing torque output were achieved. Metal Ultrasonic welding has its own special requirements. And the mechanical vibration frequency of the transducer is set as 20 kHz here. At last phase and frequency characteristics of the transducer were measured with Impedance Analyzer Test.

Abstract: The paper discusses the role of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction yield of coix seed, the results show that: with the increase of extraction time, extraction temperature with increasing rates of coix seed polysaccharides upward trend, coix seed polysaccharides first increased and then decreased with the increase of the amount of solvent, coix seed polysaccharides and first increased and then leveled off with the ultrasonic power increases, coix seed polysaccharides first increased and then decreased. Compared with conventional extraction methods, ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides coix seed is fast, solvent savings, save time, extraction rate and so on.
