Abstract: In the prospects of maritime development, the accuracy requirements of the marine sonar equipment also getting higher and higher, it is particularly important to measure the sound velocity in seawaters(ultrasound propagation velocity in seawater) in high-precision, in this experiment, basing on the seawater sound velocity variation influencing factors, proposing a method of average measuring the sound velocity of seawater based on STM32 and TDC-GP21 transit-time, The results of the experiment show that this method can be high-precision measurement of the size of the seawater sonic,meet the seawater sound velocity measurement requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, compared with the traditional desizing process, the ultrasonic technology was applied to the pretreatment of PLA fabric combined with enzyme. The results showed that the fabric weight loss rate and the whiteness of the fabric increased 15% and 20% respectively after the ultrasonic treatment. Besides, the efficiency of the ultrasonic method also increased by 20% time saving.

Abstract: In order to remove burrs of soft magnetic ferrite precisely and efficiently, the stand type ultrasonic de-burring machine was designed based on the theory that the ultrasonic wave can produce acceleration. Firstly, the whole plan proposal of the new design was presented. Then the ultrasonic vibrating system, controlling system, the 3D mobile platform were respectively designed in detail. Finally, the design process was verified correctly by the de-burring experiment results.

Abstract: In order to explore detecting function for grouted density and empty hole ofcorrugated pipe, the paper proposes a method. Firstly, detect groutedcorrugated pipes and concrete (avoiding corrugated pipes) using elastic wave,judge defective corrugated pipes through comparative analysis of the data.Secondly, detect the defective corrugated pipes using ultrasonic wave, analysisthe test data, determine the specific location and size of defect in corrugatedpipes. Finally, verify by actual design. The result shows that judged locationand size of the empty hole are consistent with the actual situation. So it isfeasible to detect grouted density and empty hole of prestressed corrugatedpipe with the method. So as to provide theoretical guidance for grouteddetection of corrugated pipe.
