Abstract: Virtual reality (VR) technology is a new and comprehensive application of information technology. It can make people get the same feeling such as in the real world. VR has become one of the three major means of human exploration of the objective world rule. As one of the key technologies of building digital multi-dimensional information space technology support platform, virtual reality technology in the development and application domain expands unceasingly. This paper designs and realizes a 3D virtual campus roaming system based-VRML and mainly studies the key technology of overall modeling and local modeling, then achieves virtual campus interactive roaming function Using VRML development tool. The paper provides some experience for virtual reality technology in simulation campus construction in the areas of application.

Abstract: Indoor precise control field can be used for providing Object-space information in Close Range Photogrammetry. The technique and method to devise the precise control field which can meet multipurpose of research needs fast,conveniently and accurately is an important issue of digital photogrammetry. The paper discusses the method to establish the simulation design system of indoor precise control field with VRML and VB, and uses the system to guide the construction of an indoor precise control field,achieves the corresponding function. The result shows that,on the aspect of simulation design and three-dimensional visualization of indoor precise control field, the modeling approach of the system is flexible and the scene is realistic, furthermore,the system has convenient connection with the database,and perfect interactive function with the models,it can also support visual analysis, bidirectional query of the data automated modeling, camera calibration and meet the application need of algorithm and accuracy assessment.

Abstract: By using EAI and Script node , Java and VRML are combined in this paper to develop a 3D interactive virtual scene. This scene overcomes the shortage of VRML in the aspect of interactivity and features the interaction between the user and the virtual scene. And a multi-user shared environment is also realized in this scene. Based on this structure , a frame of the virtual scene is constructed for education.

Abstract: In the three-dimensional terrain model construction, a lot of work is to modify the partial area of the discontinuous portion of the model, augmenting the descriptions of the detail and the authenticity of the model. In view of this, this paper mainly studied the influence of node transformation on terrain model. And combined with the primary technology of node transformation, the paper also analyzed the application of node transformation on a certain terrain model. The result indicates that: using node transformation technology can effectively develop the complexity and authenticity of the model, enhance the sense of immersion in the VR environment.

Abstract: Generally speaking, virtual scene modeling based on VRML cannot flexibly modify the existing various contents on the scene, lacking of extensibility, reusability and customizability. This article based on the analysis of VRML syntax and features, conducts further study on VRML modeling method in this context, and finally designs the browse structure of VRML scenario model. It is believed that this articles practice has a certain reference effect on related research topics.

Abstract: This paper exploits the combination of VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and Java for the construction of highly interactive products. The products are modeled in vrml, which allows the definition of a Java program to process and generate events that determine the interactive of the product. An application for the generation of Java graphical interfaces was developed, aiming to establish the communication between the user and the vrml product, sending parameters to the program that controls the product.

The VRML technology can construct virtual scenes and realize the interactions between users and virtual scenes, users can skim over and interact with the virtual scenes. Technology of virtual reality can simulate computer equipment experiment and to resolve these problems.The article introduces the design and realization of virtual computer equipment experiment established on the basis of VRML technology,then specify the common technique of optimizing application. Abstract: In this pape, we have researched the digital precision forming machine without pattern casting, and discussed the motion of the machine and tool path simulation technology based on VRML. By updating IndexedLineSet node, we have realized the real-time display of tool path; and by setting DOF node, we have simplified motion simulation of the machine, and completed the synchronous, real-time simulation for motion of the machine and display of the tool path. The final simulation result is approach to the actual operating status of equipment, and the application results are of great theoritical significance and practical application value to design optimization and operation training of the code.
