Abstract: The aim of this paper is to explore how manufacturers becoming service providers by adding service offerings to their total offering. We investigate the extent to which existing internal capablity of manufacturing companies and external factors affect the level of servitization. This paper presents the state-of-the art of servitization within a manufacturing context. Our findings indicate a need for recursive iterations between different elements of separated and integrated processes in line with new business model. Thus, servitization is pozitiviley related to business model and product complexity. There is a need to improve the connective mechanisms and dynamics involved in business model development. Finally, this paper contributes to the development and rafinement of the process to shift from selling products to selling integrated products and services that deliver value in use for customers.

Abstract: This is a review paper written to discuss the lean manufacturing and the lean weaknesses in manufacturing industry. Lean production or also known as lean manufacturing has been widely practiced as a production improvement tool in manufacturing sectors. Lean manufacturing originated from Japanese automotive manufacturing sectors for about five decades. Over the decades, lean production system have evolved from shop floor improvement tool to a philosophy. The problem statement in this research was to review the weaknesses of lean production system. The purpose of this review paper is to discuss the weaknesses of the lean production system and overview the available methods to address the weaknesses. Limitation and scope of this paper were within manufacturing industry and period of literature reviews. The methodology applied was review literature from the lean manufacturing related journals dated from year 2000 to 2014. Then by consolidating the lean production weaknesses data in to categories of people, material, equipment, know-how, business and planning or scheduling. The authors discussed to elaborate further on the lean weaknesses and methods of addressing it. Therefore, understanding the weaknesses will allow the academic and industry to co-create new solution methods for an effective lean production system. In conclusion, the authors view the weaknesses as an opportunity to integrate with other theories such as agile manufacturing, sustainable development, human factor, safety management and cleaner production in the future.

Abstract: s:Aiming at circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel (CSDMF), this paper carries out analysis on the piecewise linear model and calculates the frequency response of damped model under sinusoidal excitation. Being combined with the calculate results, the research respectively analyzes the value of inertia ratio, torsional stiffness and damping parameters. The analysis results show that the greater the damping, inertia ratio of primary and secondary flywheels are, the torsional stiffness, the more obvious vibration damping of the dual mass flywheel would be. To meet the vibration damping requirements, the detail design of the three parameters need to be combined with power train and the torsion characteristic of CSDMF.

Abstract: The national traditional sports has a long history, This article focuses on the value of the National Traditional Sports. In addition, dig the value of the national traditional sports, and select the appropriate national traditional sports on a more brilliant road, which is the mission of our social development and which will be the inevitable choice to promote the social development. It tries to explore traditional national sports value of the security system in depth so as to promote the development of traditional national sports value to contribute.

Abstract: Social progress absolutely doesn’t means a situation that sacrificing the benefits of most people to satisfy the benefits of the minority. This paper will discuss some questions surrounded with the social resources human resource supply chain. This paper also discusses whether ‘promotion changing pattern of common progress’ can be applied to all kinds of industries, and what natural and cultural conditions to meet so that achieving social and human situation [1]. We have found that MARKOV model meet the promotion of such progress law. At the same time, using the MARKOV modal, this article has done a comparative analysis based on a number of growth historical data. We extract an appropriate mathematical model to predict the human resource after correcting the old model. According to the mathematical model we extracted, we analyze and predict the result of questions. Finally, the article give the models and results obtained in the form of web pages so that making readers and managers decide and read more visually and better.

Abstract: New media has become an important carrier of campus culture spread, what role it will play in the cultural construction of university campus How should we understand and use the new media How to build a new campus culture media era Based on the reviewing research studies of new media research, this paper explores the impact of new media in the building of new culture and the issues and challenges of new media in the cultural construction of university and college campuses. This paper also discuss the path to build a harmonious campus culture when new media is taken as a carrier.

Abstract: Wetland science research has earned great attentions and wetland assessment is an important part of wetland science characterized by complex context and various assessment methods. What's more, there is not unified standard on the evaluation of wetland functions. This paper enumerates the commonly used evaluation methods for different functions of wetland both at home and abroad. The advantages, disadvantages, application range of each method and relevant outcomes were discussed, which can provide a reference for the wetland assessment in our country.

Abstract: Since The Bottom of Pyramid Strategy has been put forward, enterprises began to pay close attention to this untapped market with potential. But how to dig the potential of BOP market, design the product that BOP groups really need, and open the BOP market, are problems that should be solved. This paper discussed the mechanism of mining and developing the BOP market with the orientation of value. The results of the study is that the mining and developing of BOP market is essentially the process that enterprises found value, put forward the value proposition, reconstruct the value network ,create value , deliver value and realize value.

Abstract: To show that humanity is a unique perspective that mechanical engineering education should observe, this paper relates to The Analects of Confucius and Book of Changes, holding that humanity is valuable in mechanical engineering education because humanity is a foundation, a facilitator as well as a destination of mechanical engineering education. Besides, humanity has unique functions in the development of mechanical engineering education, i.e., humanity evolves as a factor to guarantee a fine environment, can be seen as a lever to balance the relationship between nature and society and displays itself as a mirror to reflect the qualities of man and technology. In terms of the suggestions about practicing humanity in mechanical engineering education, the paper claims that it is necessary to obtain nourishments from other disciplines, regard seriously the traditional cultures, refer to the realistic demands of the society and put humanity in international context.

Abstract: When a true color image is enhanced, the same hue should be kept and the useful details should be strengthened in the image enhanced. According to the imaging principle, wavelet illumination-reflection method is proposed. Firstly, true color image is transformed from RGB space to HSV space. Secondly, the saturation is attenuated by CLAHE. Thirdly, the value is decomposed into illumination and reflection by wavelet illumination-reflection model. The details of the reflection are strengthened. The dynamic range of the illumination is reduced in order to enhance the image. Experiments and analysis show that the enhancement algorithm based on wavelet illumination-reflection model is obviously better than multi-scales Retinexs with color restoration (MSRCR).
