Abstract: The energy efficient production of goods can only be used as a unique selling proposition, if reliable values for the energy consumption, caused by production and transportation, are determinable. Furthermore, the customer must be able to compare these values for different products. Using a consistent and standardized methodology for calculating these values along the value chain, this comparability can be achieved. Providing this information, as potentially required by the end customer or by law, the penetration of this methodology could be achieved, while obviously the comparably more energy efficiently produced goods would be more attractive for the (end) customer. Consequently, an incentive system would emerge, which motivates the companies to improve their energy efficiency throughout the complete value chain. The following paper presents the above-mentioned methodology along with a unified scheme for allocating the energy consumption of the production to products.

Abstract: Decoration engineering as an important force in building industry, it has been plagued by low levels of technology management, engineering and serious waste problem over years, how to optimize the process to achieve value added decoration has become an urgent problem. This paper describes the current status and value chain theory of decoration industry, analyzes the constituent elements of the value chain, establishes decorative optimization index systems based on the value chain method, and finally a case verified the validity of it.

Abstract: E-commerce model reflects the existence state and survival law of the e-commerce directly and specifically, it is the specific forms of operation of e-commerce and value creation.By analysising the e-commerce model, we can sum up the law on how companies create values in e-commerce, which is the core issue of the existence and development of e-commerce. Therefore, the e-commerce model is an important research point of e-commerce, it is a starting point for understanding the electronic business operation laws. The evolution of the value chain is the result of e-commerce development, while the evolution of value chain provides innovative ideas and methods for analysising e-commerce, the two are closely linked and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, analysising and discussing e-commerce model with the combination of the value chain theory is a favorable perspective and innovative ways to study e-commerce and it has important theoretical and application value.

Abstract: As manufacturing and service integrate, service manufacturing has been a new trend in the revolution of manufacturing enterprise. Based on value evolution mechanism, this essay puts main efforts in analyzing the elements, structures and development trend of service manufacturing, and advances a three-layer value chain model based on service production activities, productive service activities and customers' all way participation. Abstract: we analyzed the fruits and the existing problems of the management of government information resources in China and abroad, studied the management system model of government information resources based on the model theory and the analysis method of the value chain, innovated and optimized the key technologies and standards concerning the links such as collection (acquisition), integration (warehousing), presentation (organization), sharing (exchange) and utilization (analysis) of information. We combined the fruits of theoretical research with the planning and construction of the sharing and management platform of government information resources and the government data opening platform of Qingdao and to realize highly integrated management in the whole process of sharing and utilization of government information resources. The fruits of research and construction will play an important role of reference in terms of theory and technology.

Abstract: This paper introduced the ICA theory in the process of analyzing the entrepreneur mental factors which affect the value chain, and analyses the feasibility of applying ICA theory in the extraction of the entrepreneur mental factors. In the empirical study, we separated the main factors influencing value chain by the FastICA algorithm based on ICA theory, and the experimental results are in conformity with theory.It is feasible to sift Entrepreneur mental factors,the research results of this paper also provides a theoretical reference for the application of the ICA theory in value chain management and optimization.
